Arby's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This Arby's has always had bad service. I went to there last week, the deal is 2 fish sandwiches for $6., got home, only had 1. Just went there again tonight and ordered 4 fish sandwiches, 2 without tartar sauce. I told the drive-in lady, now that's 2 w/o tartar, she confirmed it. I had to pull to the side and wait for them, when they came out, sure enough only 2 sandwiches in the bag. I had to wait for them to cook 2 more, before I left I checked them, sure enough they all had tartar sauce. I parked, walked inside and told them. The drive-in lady was the manager, her name was Dalla or Dalia (couldn't read the name tag very well) she barely spoke English, I couldn't understand anything she said. Anyway, I had to wait AGAIN for them to cook 2 more. I hate this Arby's! I will not be back. I live across the street from them, but I usually drive to the one on 23rd & I-240, they know how to make food and never mess up my orders. But, I was in the 5:00 traffic and didn't want to drive that far. And she could have offered me a drink or something for all my trouble. The only time they have ever had good service is when the one on 23rd was closed for renovation and that manager came to the one on 39th and evidently showed them how to run a restaurant. He went back to 23rd and this one went downhill again. I never get a receipt from 39th either. They are probably afraid of survey feedbacks. Which I would...

I ordered a big bac9n cheeseburger and a large curly fries, the bacon part of it was raw still was slimy and disgusting, the burger patty was trying to be pink nice but was even bloody raw, tasted ur special two deli cheese and horsey sauce it took to try to eat the disgusting sandwich, the order of fries was awful u gave me all the bits and pieces of the fryer like oil net remains, I used to find going to that Arby's in 1980's really neat here in oklahoma with the Native American fact of our state hood pressesence- the hygiene of one of ur Cook like his or she personally self should not be putting a meal together at a sandwich delivery and deli national chain, I can't believe I wasted that much money on ur disgusting burger and pieces box large of fries. Hope ur location fixes it or losses its business and goes under gone and closed and gone for good from ripping people like myself off trying to catch a late sat lunch. One of the most disgusting meals I ever paid for. Like I would rather pay someone to gut punch for 5hrs for the same $ than ordered that...

Since y'all didn't wanna answer the phone, HERE WE GO!!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! Let's start with how unprofessional, rude, slow, and disrespectful the employees and managers at this store are. Every time you walk in or drive through somebody has a stank attitude with you. For why? I'm just trynna eat. You decided to stick with a regular 9-5 job getting paid $9 an hour and wanna have an attitude with every customer like that's fixing to solve all of your personal problems. It won't. Second, EVERY time I go to this Arby's for my turkey gyro, the meat is cold and the bread is stone hard. I'm not about to bust my teeth on no gyro. Some people, like myself, have eating disorders so when we finally want to eat it, it's important that we take that opportunity. I feel like Arby's ripped that from me tonight. As they do any other night I visit the Arby's on 39th. This Arby's is as trashy as the employee's attitudes. Might as well fire em all and tear down that building cause there is no potential here and Arby's is playing with...
