China House — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I believed I m the best person to say about this restaurant after 8 months of going there to learn mandarin cooking with the Chinese chef in the China House, I have visited Elite restaurants to trashy ones in my life and I rated this as THE WORST hygiene habits- The guy who cut vegetables recently cut his finger and he was bleeding + blood was splattered to mushrooms and when the owner of the restaurant didn't care about him ,all he needs from the guy despite his bleeding to finish cutting vegetable. I have seen half of the mushrooms with blood stains and Chef wants to wash those mushrooms and use it for cooking. I intervened and threw those mushroom to dumpster. This is happening everyday , the guy who cut the vegetable is the heart of the restaurant and if he doesn't use protective gloves then its a big hygiene issue. what IF THE GUY who cut vegetable has HIV then the rest of the customers who eats from this place infected with HIV. think about. The guy who cuts vegetable also does the washing dishes without the hot water during winter. I informed this incident to County health Department and its under investigation.

I also noticed that Owner's husband is the Chef here, and he re-heated some meals and send through delivery person, customer has no idea about how many days those foods were in the freezer I found this practice were pathetic.

Go and see inside the cooking area , it was dirt and they don't wash those Chinese wok after every meal , I also noticed that oil in the deep fryer there forever, haven't seen single time it was changed. Go to or call county health Department and ask about how many prior violations on this restaurant. Many.

Please think twice before visiting this restaurant and hope you can find a better restaurant with...

I've ordered here several times and normally its been good; but today was the worst. First my order was totally wrong. I had to drive back to the restaurant when I saw that what I had was NOT what I ordered. I called and told them it was wrong. Then I had to drive back to get it corrected. Their response was that I had to pay more because what I actually ordered cost more! Seriously!! No apology, just a correction on the cost. Then the wanton soup was tasteless. It was so bland, it was awful. The House Special Chow Mai Fun had only small trips of chicken and 2 yes just 2 small shrimp!!!!!! Such a disappointment. I cannot recommend China House after this...

Please don't waste your time or money here, the customer service is terrible, lady at the front counter doesn't greet customers, only says you ready .I ordered the general tso chicken with egg roll and garlic chicken wings. This is the most awful Asian food I've had. The general tso chicken was like soggy yellow chicken balls with this bland yellow rice and the egg roll was greasy and bland. The supposed to be garlic chicken wings ,syke , no garlic on these wings, little yellow wings pieces for 10.95 , wasted $22.00. You had the nerve to say been there 15 yrs ,unbelievable, who's eating this...
