Phoenix Restoration Services — Local services in Oklahoma City

They stole $27,828.43 from my recently deceased father. They messed up on his roof cutting the shingles too short, also lied about the insurance company denying the joists being replaced so there is a valley in the roof. Totally missed the literal holes in the back part of the roof. Harassed my father at the skilled nursing facility he was at telling him he had to choose from the thinnest cheapest linoleum I've ever seen. The locks they installed on the doors barely worked with a key. The metal on the lock was so flimsy I could bend it with one hand. They left a mess through out the inside and outside of the house. They wouldn't order the tile that we selected. They tried installing a matte white tile and lied saying that my father selected it. Then admitted to their lies. I recorded every conversation I had with Ben. The number one crook. You want proof please reach out to me and I will gladly provide hundreds of pictures and video of the absolute wreck they left of my father's house. Every single hole cut for the wall plug in was cut too big, the toilet leaks, the LED light in the upstairs bathroom popped when turned on, the smoke detectors continue to beep and nothing has been fixed after they rewired the whole house, water was pouring in above the fireplace and Ben set there looking me in the eye claiming it was from the cap of the chimney when it was bc they cut the shingles too short. Trust me, this company will be reported to the attorney general and I will never recommend these thieves to anyone. Please see the photos of their work. Our medical office had a water line break in May of 2017 which flooded several treatment rooms and offices as well as three hallways. One phone call to Phoenix Restoration and it was like dialing 911. Robert and his crew showed up immediately (within 20 minutes), rapidly assessed the situation, made a plan, and advised me as to the best course of action, then went to work. Within 2 hours what seemed like a small professional and quiet army had disposed of the necessary carpet and floor material, fans and dehumidifiers were in place, the mess was cleaned up and Robert and his very professional crew were out of our way. Phoenix Restoration turned a very bad situation into a very livable scenario. Thanks to Phoenix we were able to conduct business all day. We have used Phoenix several times for both construction / repair work and for restoration after several episodes of water damage and will continue to do so. In all cases, they were prompt, professional and courteous. The work of their subcontractors has been good. The project manager we have worked with has been diligent in seeing the projects completed in a timely and workman-like manner. The few times there was a minor issue, it was promptly and satisfactorily resolved. Recently we had a pipe break in the wall which flooded our living room. It was discovered when we had houseguests. I simply called Phoenix and they were there in less than 30 minutes.
