China Princess — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Lost a valued customer! Ive ate here for months on my lunch, ive brought them new customers aswell as tip them extra money when im low on cash to show my gratitude.

The man/woman at the front window was always nice to me however, today I called in for an order and the meal listed on their online menu was something they no longer sold. the lady couldnt understand me due to HER language barrier/their loud room. She like many other reviews are stating, hung up on me right when I was going to request a simple meal. I called back multiple times until she answered again. I politely told her its rude to hang up and could i order again but she hung up AGAIN!!!....After stating she is a very busy woman. I was appauled by her surprising new behavior towards me. I then walked to the building and explained to the man what happenend very nicely. He stated the reason is they fear calls because they got scammed yesterday (of $300) and she didnt know it was me & that he was sorry. i asked could the woman apologize. She looked at me. I said hello and knew it was me and she STILL ignored me and kept cooking. I said she cant apologize but can accept my tips? He then got frantic and said he apologizes for her being her husband and could I order something. But she was standing right there. I was greatly dissappointed thinking of the good times ive had with them and all the effort i made supporting them with the little money i had and told him I am done with them.

If you plan to order from this place, do not order from a delivery service such as GrubHub , as they only accept cash and you won't get your food. They will make you wait until the delivery person shows up and find many different excuses to why they don't have the food ready for the customer. They won't have the tea ready and try to substitute it for a soda. After they tell the delivery person they don't have the order due to only taking cash and not credit cards, they were given a chance to save their service by offering to let my husband go up to get the order to be told they had not even started the order and they did not have tea. They will also charge the delivery service fee even if you offer to come pick up the food yourself as they want the delivery fee and everything associated with the delivery service without actually doing the service. This is a small family owned drive through restaurant on south Western just south of 36th St. It out in front of a Mexican Grocery store but their food is very tasty. They make some of the best Crab Rangoon around and their standard fare, like Generals Chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork is delicious. When you pull up to the drive-thru window they make you feel welcome. They ask you pull around to the front while they make your food FRESH. They then bring it out to your car.
