When greeted at the Drive-Thru the young lady seemed pleasant enough. We had asked for a few moments and were granted all but 30 seconds before the same young lady chimed in, sounding exasperated, "Do you need any help of have any questions or something??". We again asked for a few moments and heard her audibly sigh. When we had figured out our order: Large grape amd strawberry slush, Medium oreo dark chocolate concrete with Heath, Grilled chicken wrap with no tomato, Two large popcorn chicken, And a sonic ultimate meat and cheese buritto. She seemed either totally new or that she honestly didnt want to work. We got our slush, the lid wasnt even on. We got our concrete, wasnt mixed at all with vanilla at the bottom 2 inches, no Heath, and thick oily taste. Disgusting. Our two orders of popcorn chicken were rock solid, salty, cold, and not even in the correct containers. The breakfast burrito we received was about 2 inches around, half the size of what is normally received, oily and otherwise discusting. The chicken wrap that we had gotten had tomatos, was falling apart due to some of the tortilla was hard and other parts soggy due to it being totally soaked with Ranch. Read moreI placed a drink order for 3 drinks through the mobile app at 2:58pm, arrived at the 901 SW Grand Sonic location at 3:03pm, parked in stall# 7, and I entered my stall# in the mobile app so that a carhop could deliver my drink order. I waited another 5 minutes before I tried calling this location and received no answer. I waited 5 more minutes before pushing the red button because I knew that it was happy hour, but when no one answered the red button for my stall, I got out of my vehicle and pushed the red button on the next stall. When someone finally answered the red button, I asked where my order was and requested to talk to a manager. When the manager came out with my drinks, she gave me 2 blue cards for free items and told that the new employee had closed my ticket and that was why I had not received my 3 drinks that I had ordered almost 30 minutes earlier!!! Read moreThis store has a great team, however, I want to specifically recognize Katelynn C. I have an office close by and visit this location frequently mostly in the morning or for lunch. This young lady is always courteous and provides excellent customer service. You can tell she is smiling under the mask she has to wear as she performs her job. She offers all condiments and my order has yet to be wrong. I know when she is taking my order or at the window that my order is going to be accurate every time. I always have a fork in the bag if needed and most importantly have sugar and creamer along with a stir stick for my coffee. She makes sure they are all in a separate little bag. She is amazing. I want to give credit where credit is due. I know the food service industry is tough and there are a ton of rude employees at these establishments.
