I have been coming to this place for a few years now. I will be honest, the food is expensive and that is one of the downsides of it. However, it is high quality, delicious food and authentic Thai food; so therefore it is worth it.I have traveled all throughout Thailand and many Asian countries and the Thai food taste exactly like it did back in Phucket, bangkok,
favorite dishes are coconut chicken curry, pad thai noodles, drunken noodles, and of course the Tom Yum Lemon grass soup. The only other complaint I have is that they are closed as certain times of the days around 2-5pm and this is inconvienet for me because I usually have to work or run errands at certain times of the day and I live on the other side of town. This is bad because I miss out on really good food. Anyways, you should try this place and come if you have not!
They do get lots of business from many Doctors and Nurses; since the hospital is right next door...
Read moreI've passed this restaurant several hundred times over the years and last week was the first time I've noticed it. Since Thai is probably my second favorite cuisine and all the other Thai restaurants I've tried in this town have been mediocre at best, I was curious to try it. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience.
As is typical with a great deal of asian inspired restaurants, the atmosphere could use some updating. However, my food was the best Thai food I've had in OKC. I have made it a habit, when trying new Thai restaurants, to order the Pad Thai on my first visit. If they can make that basic Thai dish, found on every menu well, then I will be back with higher expectations. The service was courteous and efficient. What more do you need from a server?
Overall, I'm thrilled to finally find a good Thai restaurant and plan on returning often. If my opinion changes in any way, I'll update...
Read moreWe went here for an early dinner on a Thursday when you can generally expect less-than-edible slop served at premium prices, but to my surprise, everything was as fresh as could be expected on any day. We got our food the second it was fine cooking so it was piping hot. They even tak the time to put fresh green onion inside fresh green onion inside fresh green onion. I’d never seen that done before. The food was excellent. The service was great and friendly. The atmosphere was clean but nothing to write home about, but the best food comes from places that have been serving up home made food for decades in the same spot without ever having the time to worry about a remodel so it works for me. I feel like I’ve found a hidden gem run by salt-of-the-earth people....
