Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

EDIT:; im sorry for being so negative in this review i was so put out over little details from the past few experiences that i had not even tried the SONIC SMASHER yet and it's 1150pm just took a bite of it and I've been home for at least 45 mins. IT STILL IS KINDA WARM and it's the best damn hamburger I've had in a really long time. SO PROPS TO THE KITCHEN, 5 stars well done,the meat taste so fresh and so real , it's worth every penny.End EDIT :; I don't know why but the last couple years this sonic has just, well in my opinion, declined. It's changed and not for the better. Slow and steady only wins the race when competing, I GUESS YOU COULD SAY "THIS SONIC" would win hands down! 2 meals 2 drinks hardly no ice and no napkins and only 1 straw. The bag was ripped all the way down the side from top to bottom, that's prob why but "HE" got his tip.. I'm done tipping at this sonic! Last time I was here I waited almost an hour for them to make 4 shakes. And there were only 2 other cars on the lot. The time before that I pushed the button and nobody ever talked only to find out 15 mins into sitting there that the menu"s were not open only the drive thru about that time all the other cars got in line to and ended up being a whole experience let me tell ya, but that was a while back ago! Well folks I think some pep in your step maybe some new mangmt. And crew would bring this baby back to life ! Sad the way things have gotten so stagnant.. PEOPLE DO BETTER YOULL...

I’ll just say I have more bad experiences than good at this location. I pulled in one evening and ordered a chicken strip meal. The one with fries, an onion ring, toast and gravy. Was told I would have to wait approximately 6 minutes while they cooked fresh chicken strips. I happily agreed because I wasn’t in any hurry and I really appreciated that they were honest with me. (I now realize the employees were Probably just trying to discourage me from ordering this particular meal). I make it home which is exactly 1 mile from this location, and what do I find? Dried up strips that seemed like what happened was they were put back in fry oil for a few minutes. The other items in the meal were COLD. Not sure who dropped the ball that night, but as far as I’m concerned, they deserve the 1 star. There have been other times when something has been wrong for various reason- missing item, wrong item, and so on. I normally do not leave negative reviews and the absolute lowest rating but I have given the company an opportunity to contact me and resolve the issue... not a...

5 stars, if I had a choice of no stars that would be my pick. Today Christmas day, just wanted a nice meal to treat my family with, from the holidays. We waited for 15 minutes, which is completely understandable being one of few drive thrus who open on this day. We get to the window and the employee (a red headed female) reviews our order and she gets it WRONG, we had asked for 3 drinks and only received 2 (ironically with 3 straws). The employee (red headed female) told us in a rudely, disgusting and very disrespectful way that we couldn't reorder the drink that she did not add onto the receipt in the first place, she slammed the windows in our face (literally) and never showed her face again. End result, leaving a sad and much disappointed 8 year old boy empty handed. P.S. Red headed employee, that type of attitude (I'm pretty sure you've heard various times) will not get you anywhere nor will you prove your point across. To Manager: Please cautiously review your employees' applications along with training sessions. Thank you.
