After a long day at work I wanted to eat here which normally I love their food and their service is always been really nice but last night I guess because they was closing they messed my food up and whenever I got off work tonight I decided to call and complain just to have the manager Miss Natalie tell me that I was lying about my food being messed up I called because it was a situation that needed to be addressed when you spend a 40 or $50 at a restaurant with the money that you have worked for you want at least for your food to be correct being a manager it was a simple fix it's not like I did not have my receipt because I most certainly did and called as soon as I got off of work just to have her tell me there is nothing she can do about it it's kind of disappointing to know that somewhere where I enjoy eating messes up my meal the first time and I complain for the first time and can I get treated as if I was looking for a handout when I spend 20 to $40 every 2 to 3 days and I get treated as if I was calling to get free food this is not the kind of place I want to support and spend my hard earned. cash on very disappointed and I won't be going back do not recommend this place play my money to a place does not like to take ownership when they mess up just say that you messed my food up you could have made it right but you chose to be rude and disrespectful I give this restaurant a thumbs down semes like a bunch of kids that don't know what they're...

I asked if I could get a Coke at that point , they said yes . With extra ice didn't get it maybe 20mins went by . Hardly any ice watered down. We asked for water also took 4 times telling car hop. My meal was a dinner steak ,asked potatoes with extra gravy, orka wasn't cooked no color to them ,and warm bread layed over gravy WITCH made it wet . It looked like they threw it all in the carton. a week ago we order a large chef salad no extra egg , tomatoes, no ham. They replaced it after reminding them 3 times. Read moreI grew up with a Del Rancho right down the street from me on SW 59th and Agnew and I sure do miss it. Now I'm stuck with the location on SW 59TH and Santa Fe if I want a Steak Sandwich Supreme or a full dinner. I don't know what the problem is in getting my food as ordered correctly but it hasn't happened in the last 6 times. They must operate under " Murphy's Law " because if anything can go wrong it does. A few examples are common from missing food to absolutely incorrect items. There are 5 adults in my house so if we all order meals it's about $55 I worked hard for my money and I hate when they àct like they could care less . The worst case we ordered 5 Chicken Fried Steak dinners and when we got home they were all Chicken dinners so they said come on back we'll fix it. Their fix was to replace Just the chicken when I complained they suggested we microwave the other part of our dinner. I would have completely quit going home here but my wife loves the food when it's right She worked for Mr Holt, when she was young and has a soft spot for the place.
