The day I ordered online like I always do. I understood that it was a snow day and New years day. I ordered my food and the delivery time said 20-30 minutes for delivery after preparation. I only live like 2 miles away. I opted in to get updates on my orders delivery. So after about 30 minutes I checked the status of my pizza. It was out of the oven "being checked" or whatever, before delivery. It then said the delivery would be between a certain time which was about 30 minutes to a hour. I kept checking the status. I checked again and it said the delivery time was now 80 minutes to 90 minutes until delivery which was a big difference from 20 to 30 minutes it said when I initially ordered. At this point I had order over 1 hour and 30 minutes before this. My pizza had been out the oven and in check mode for over a hour. I called the place to see what was going on. I waited for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone answered. When someone finally answered they proceeded to tell me I was the 15th order and that my estimate delivery time was in 3 hours.. I had already waited almost 2 hours at that point so I asked them to just cancel it. I did not want a 5 hour old pizza. i just wish that I would of known that from the beginning and I would not have even ordered. If I wouldn't of called I would of just been waiting and never knew it wasn't coming.
My order before this got delivered and it was the wrong order and I had to run to the ladies car in MY ROBE and she wasn't even paying attention so I was just standing there, waving her down. She did not even check to see that I got my order. She would of been long gone if it wasnt for a man walking by in front of her, waving her down for me. Another car ended up bringing my order. Dominos then called me asking me to check my order saying I may have gotten the wrong order. I just didnt really feel safe knowing I got the wrong order, opened the box, and everything to check it. Read moreI decided to order a pizza at 6:55pm as I was leaving Starbucks. I was reluctant bc I hadn't planned on going inside anywhere and had on pj pants. But I figured it would be no big deal and I could run in and out quickly. I was wrong! A girl checked me out as she was leaving and I don't know if she neglected to tell them I was there or what but she said it would be a few minutes and continued on her way out the door. A few moments later I hear a woman say, Rhonda, I can't tell if she's talking to someone on the phone or what as she makes no eye contact with anyone and disappears as I stand up. My name isn't Rhonda anyway it's Rodonna and the person who took my order over the phone specifically asked how to pronounce it. So I figure she couldn't be talking to me. I sat there and sat there, a man comes in places and receives an order. They call for a Mariah, they actually look at me and ask me if I'm Mariah, sadly I am not. Mariah comes in gets her pizza and leaves. I over hear the girl behind the counter talking with another customer about how they're working on speeding up their time, that's a laugh! Again "Rhonda" is quietly mentioned by a guy behind the counter but as I stand he doesn't even look towards the front of the store. Finally at 7:30 I go to the counter and tell them I ordered a pizza at 6:55 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. He asks me my name and immediately pulls my pizza from the shelf where it'd been sitting for nearly 20 minutes. Excuse me for not knowing I should've shouted, I'm Rhonda! I hope you can see how I was confused as my name is Rodonna! If anyone talking about Rhonda had as much as glanced in my direction I would have asked if they meant Rodonna. Read moreBeen a customer of this Domino's for many years... and that ends tonight.. we ordered a supreme pizza without mushrooms... the pizza came with mushrooms.. girlfriend called back up there they said they would send another Pizza out 50 mins later nothing after already waiting 45 minutes for the first mistake Pizza.. so I called up to cancel the order... and have it removed from my Visa card. and was told on the phone by a lady the nobody said nothing about no mushrooms... I said that's not true... and was in the process saying I was right there when she said no mushrooms.....3 times to the guy...Then. the lady hung up on me... before I could complete what I was saying... so I called back asked to speak to the manager !! Same lady that hung up on me told me she was the manager... and said she hung up on me because I yelled at her... well I have five people sitting in my living room said not even close to yelling at this lady.... so-called Domino's manager... then she tried to tell me that management can listen to the phone call... I said okay that would be great with me... because I did not yell.. So then I called corporate....... corporate explained this lady did not follow Domino's procedure whatsoever.. and then even embellished... will not be visiting Domino's again... corporate said they will take care of it... real good leadership of a manager showing example to employees... how to treat customers...... and we wonder why?? there's so much bad customer service...
