If I could put zero stars I would, the worst customer service ever. My driver was told where to go exactly. I made it clear about where we were and they were supposed to call if they had any issues! Instead the manager called my phone and told me they canceled my order. When I called back to figure out why, the female worker told me that there was nothing they could do since the order was canceled already. When asked if I could get some type of compensation, all they did was give me my money back, which I’m thankful for, but I was hungry and waiting almost an hour for a $50 order that didn’t even get delivered. While I was talking to the female employee, she made it very clear as well that it was their problem, and that it was mine to deal with even though I was only called once and since they canceled my order with no call other then from the manager telling me this. I didn’t even get to speak to the manager until later in the night, and even then she wasn’t much help. I was polite in the beginning but when the female employee snapped back, that was another story. Again very thankful I at least got my money back, but this was not okay. Read moreWorst experience I have ever had! I made delivery order onine. After 45 minutes of waiting I called on the status of my order only to be told it hasnt even been made yet. When I asked to get refund I was hung up on. I called back and was placed and hold. I went to store and was laughed at by all the employess when asked why they hung up on me and why they thought that was ok. Not only did they laugh they had attitudes and acted like I was the problem because I wanted a refund for not receiving my order! If this is how you run your business with employees that joke around with people money than I will pass! I wont be ordering from this location ever again! I have also filed complaints with corporate. Whitney was the very rude girl at the counter and the employee on the phone. I hope in the future you hire employees who are actually capable of easy task as in refunding someone's money and being polite...
