Went through the drive through for 1 shake,paid, lady asked us to pull over into the side parking lot for some reason and she would bring the shake to the car (thought it was odd for Dunkin‘ Donuts and for 1 single shake but okay) Watched as everyone inside and the drive thru got served before us. We waited over 10 minutes for 1 shake, husband went inside to ask what the hold up was and the lady had forgotten...then she made the shake and it was entirely liquid. It was like drinking chocolate milk. So frustrated. Husband went and asked for her to remake the shake. She was throwing stuff around, dropping the ‘F’ bomb to herself ..giving attitude about it.( Not directly ) was just slamming everything around. She did remake it twice and got it right the third time which I appreciate.we were there for over 20 minutes total waiting on the 1 shake.Maybe she was having a bad day but totally Not the way to go...
Read moreI thought I found a new favorite place for coffee. But I think I’ll be going back to Starbucks. Today I ordered through the app. I pulled to the window and was handed my drink. It was correct. But the display was not. They stuck my receipt directly on top where my straw was supposed to go. Of course I had an issue trying to get it off. I went on Saturday and of course I did another mobile order and there was a glitch and it took my order twice. The girl who was at the window had a nasty attitude. And clearly she had no knowledge of the types of donuts. I ended up with 6 donuts. Two which I didn’t order. It took another employee to tell her which ones to grab. Read moreI’ve came to this location multiple times about every week just for my son and his donuts I stopped ordering coffee for myself and my grandmother because they do not know how to make a coffee or a latte it’s extremely frustrating considering I have worked at a Dunkin before and know what the employees are lacking and seeing it constantly not being corrected or trained properly even with no longer ordering drinks tell me how you still manage to mess up my simple orders of donuts my 4 year old he better listening skills and comprehensive skills than most of the employees working the drive thru and they never let you finish talking before askin will that be all when they don’t even have the screen completed then you get to the front they don’t confirm your order back and your leave with the wrong things had you not checked before driving off this new generation is just arrogant with no morals or any...
