STAY AWAY! If you wanna be played with then this is the place for you. I do not even know where to begin. This is by far the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. I placed a mobile pickup order to get my order quickly and the first issue was finding out they were out of chicken for the chick’n tater melt when I got to the window.
Then when the ghetto cashier asked me what else I would like to exchange it for I told him the grilled cheese burger munchie meal. He understood and asked me to pull towards the parking stall to wait for my food.
I then waited 10 minutes to get 1/3 of my order and the cashier started hitting on me asking if I had a boyfriend. I ignored the comment and asked him to bring me the rest of my order. When the gentleman came back again another 10 mins later he was still missing my other munchie meal box.
I went inside the lobby after seeing another person who had ordered walking through the drive thru go inside. I saw the preppy manager and told him I’d been waiting for awhile but he did not even acknowledge my concern on waiting too long or telling me the status on my order.
He just told me to go outside disregarding my request and I continued to wait. Another 10 minutes go by and many cars go through the drive thru and leave. The cashier walks out of the lobby to bring another customer their food and starts laughing at me, asking me if I still am waiting on my order. -__-
I am in shock at the this and never have I felt more like a fool being treated this way. 7 more minutes later he finally brings out my munchie meal. When I ask for the managers name he says not to report them. To make this whole situation that much worse, I get home and see that they gave me grilled cheeses on sourdough bread which is totally unacceptable.
Currently working on contacting the district manager to let them know of this behavior. AVOID THIS JACK IN THE BOX...

My visit started in the drive thru at 2:10 pm. I was able to pull straight to the ordering speaker menu. 2 cars in the parking lot and 2 more ahead of me in line. No patrons entered the lobby. Ordered/paid by 2:21. Told to park by the front door and wait a couple of minutes. By 2:41, four cars used drive-thru and left with food. I think, maybe they've lost my order. As I walk in, I hear a lady parked at the curb telling an employee her order wasn't right as she rummaged through a bag of food. She returned the bag to the employee. He walked away from the front of the store toward the street. Just as I'm getting my refund, he comes inside with the food.. the manager says, here's your food and tries to hand me the rumpled bag and cancel the refund. I'm kinda not wanting to eat what another patron just handled. Also, illegal to serve food once another patron has touched it. He tells me she didn't touch it, it's fine. I tell him I witnessed it asking politely to refund my purchase cuz I see a Dominos across the street and half an hour here with no results. Really shameful. He yells over his shoulder, "another refund cuz y'all are too slow." Nobody responds.
Go here only if you have lots of spare time. The food is still good, just slower than a dead rabbit to get it to you...but there's that Dominos across the street. Next time they'll walk one over. They had a good laugh as my pizza was ready in 12 minutes. As I drove home, the lady was still parked at Jack in the Box. Waiting...
Read moreThe food was absolutely great, it was the first time my family and I ever had Jack in the Box. We made a mobile order for inside pickup as we've never had it before and didn't want to hold up the line in the store trying to figure out what we wanted. We arrived and walked to the front door at 8:02pm, front door was unlocked and we walked right in. Immediately upon walking in, the lady at the front counter gave us an angry look and quickly muttered that the dining room was closed. She then began to roll her eyes and mutter things under her breath. We told her we had a mobile order for inside pickup and she seemed very annoyed, at this point, the man who was working at the time said just park up front and they'll bring the food out to us. We obliged and waited a half hour outside on the front sidewalk for our food.
The attitude from the staff was despicable. The fact that they closed their dining room early, and then were annoyed with us for walking in because they forgot to lock the door is insane. Directly next to the front door it says dining toom open until 10pm. It was only 8 at the time. I'm sure it's against company policy to be shutting it down early.
While we waited for our food outside, at least 10 separate customers tried to walk in only to find they locked the door after they booted us out. Those customers just ended up leaving. They clearly don't care for the business generated from their customers.
