Subway — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Horrible customer service. I ordered online and headed to the store, when I arrived there I told them I had a to go order that I ordered on line. One of the employees checked the computer and rudely said we don’t have it and turned around and walked away. After my order came in I asked the employee that was making the sandwiches to please toast both sandwiches she looked at me as like I was putting her out. I had ordered a drink that was available online. The employee said they were out of it. I asked oh .. well what else do you have? She pointed to the soda fountain I explained to her that I had paid extra for a bottle and wanted something out of the cooling case. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at her hands and said well what do you want?. She set my drink on the counter turned around and walked away. Not even a single thank you or have a good day. They we not busy, and had many opportunities to change her attitude. I will never go back to this ...

The workers here obviously do not care about their customers. I've ordered sandwiches there on 3 different occasions. The first time was spot on. Then I cam back and the girl making my sandwich was so anxious to see her friend, that she rushed me through my order. I didn't even get all of the ingredients that I wanted on my sandwich. The third time, my fiance went to get my order. I wrote down exactly what I wanted. I didn't get but maybe two pickles, meat, cheese (didn't get the extra cheese I ordered, but was charged for it), and it was drowned in mustard. I took a bite of it, and it made me sick. I tried to call up there, but they dodge their calls. So if you want my advice, there are way better sandwich shops around. Don't waste your time and money on this place. Domino's is down the street, and they always give spot on service. I just moved here, and I will find some other good places. I will try to remember to update this, to give some other...

Decided to order the kids and husband something for dinner. The lady making the sandwiches was sooo slow. She kept having to ask over and over again what we wanted on our food and then didn't even get half the ingredients on the sandwich. Manager wasn't any help, he helped the person behind us and finished faster then the chick who had all 3 sandwiches almost completed when the lady behind me showed. Ridiculous! The lady seriously needed a shower. No hair coverings. So gross! Please do not eat here! They are nasty and gross!

This employee will find you out in public and try to humility you. What she doesn't understand is she is the only one who looks bad when she does that.
