Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I am not usually a person to leave reviews but this is like the 4th time I’ve had issues with this same location! Today just did it for me. I pulled up and ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some crazy bread in the drive through. The lady who originally answered said it would take 15 min and I said okay. She immediately was annoyed and said JUST PULL FORWARD AND THEY WILL HELP YOU AT THE WINDOW! I do. The young lady at the window takes my order and says it will be about 15 minutes and pull back around. I go park and wait. I pull back around and she goes to check on the pizza… she comes back and says they got backed up a little and could I wait a little longer and she will bring it out to me so I asked about how much longer and she said 7 minutes. I go park again. About 20 minutes pass and I haven’t got my pizza. I pull back around and she said let me go check on it for you. However, as I’m pulling around I see the lady who originally got on the intercom and was cooking in the back standing outside on her phone and smoking. The other guy who was also in the back cooking was out front in his car. She asks the lady who was outback where the pizza was and she then yells out to the guy who was in front in his car as he is walking in that she needs a stuffed crust pizza! The young lady comes back to me and says she doesn’t know what happened but it was never made! At this point I had been there over 45min and I requested for my money back! I had my son with me who was yelling for the pizza because he was hungry! The last time I went they told me it would take 15 min for the stuffed crust and when the 15 min was up they gave me what I thought was my pizza but when I got home it was a cold regular hot n ready! I went there because I have an injured hip and they have a drive-through I made sure to order pizza that was ready the young lady asked if I wanted to make it a meal for $2 more I assumed the bread was ready I pull up to the window she says it'll be 2 minutes can I pull around to the front I reluctantly pulled around to the front because I had a sense that this wasn't going to end well I waited for 10 minutes at the front before I entered the store, again with an injured hip, when I entered the store the girl knew nothing about my order and she was the same one that took it I told her what I had ordered she said it would be 2 minutes it's been almost 10 she checked and said that there waiting on the 3 meat pizza I then replied you said the pizza was ready she said well it was ready when the bread was being done now the bread is ready but the pizza isn't she comes back a few minutes later and says it's gonna be 5 minutes on the 3 meat pizza By the time that pizza would have been done I would have been waiting over 20 minutes for an order of bread that was supposed to take 2 minutes to say that I am extremely disappointed is a massive understatement please please please do not offer people an item that you do not have prepared to deliver at that moment and if you have someone wait up front please set their food that is ready aside instead of giving it to others while that person is waiting up front I don't normally give negative reviews but this was such an irritating experience for me I felt I had to.. this wasn't the 1st time it's happened there have been a couple of other times but I was patient and just let it slide I can promise you this I will never come back to Little Caesars again this was truly my...

I've been going to this little caesars quite regularly for lunch, I order through the app for pick up time at 11, I always order my lunch around 10:15-1030 because it's a busy area and I have a short amount of time for lunch. However this location can never have the pizza ready on time. Today I waited almost my entire lunch (25 min) and left with no pizza. The guy at the counter, when I walked in at 1110 because my app said it still wasn't in the oven, and I was the only one in the entire parking lot and no one in the drive through, I told him my app has not updated and I was here to pick up my 11 order for savanah. He snapped at me said he's the only one there and I was just gonna have to wait until he was ready. He did seem to be stocking the pizza boxes for hot and ready. So I sat and I waited and didnt say anything else. At 1120 he walked up and said I. Just now making those it'll be 15-20 min. And I told him at that point I needed a refund because my lunch was almost over and I could not wait any longer and that why I put my order In at 1030 to insure it was ready. He told me to sit down and wait for a manager because he couldn't do anything. So I sat back down for 5 more min and he was throwing things all over the kitchen. I saw the manager pulled up and so waited for her and then 5 min after that I got a refund. I missed all my lunch and had a horrible experience. I will never be back to this location ever again.
