Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

It takes a lot for me to leave a 1 star comment. This place is the blind leading the blind. Everybody fumbling around lost. The manager with all his knowledge can't even figure out how to open the change drawer. Took 30 minutes to get my order. Never got a receipt. My order was ready, just so happened it had been sitting on the shelf and nobody bothered to tell anybody it was there. I had to ask and watch them scurry in all directions before I said it is probably that one. "It's is ready" when I got there. "Just not boxed up yet" said the Manager. 15 minutes later... I was still waiting watching others who had orders that didn't get put in at all and orders that weren't done correctly. He didn't say anything other than do you want it like that, it will take a long time to make you another one. No sorry's, not even an attempt at customer service, the lady left and came back for the correct pizza. He sat the pizza on the counter and walked away without saying a word. My recommendation... Go to any store but this one! Corporate, retrain your staff. They have no clue what they are doing and shouldn't be left alone with sharp objects. NEVER will I return to this store. I will drive 10 miles if needed, but not here. Never again. I am the customer who doesn't return. You have not earned...

Manager Evelyn has absolutely zero sense when it comes to customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas for a party: classic pepperoni and a stuffed crust pretzel pepperoni. The classoc pepperoni was fine. The pretzel one had tons of pretzel salt in the center of the pizza. I called to tell her to replace the one messed up pizza. She wanted me to bring her back the pizza. I explained that everyone was starving and they ate the pretzel part and some forced themselves to eat all of it so there was no way i could bring that pizza back, but I had the receipt along with great order history with LC. She said there was nothing they could do for me. Im rating them a 1 star for poor product quality, horrible customer service, and even worse poor decision making. Evelyn was willing to lose a great customer to be judge, jury and executioner when it came to my experience. I guess she gets off playing God. I called Pizza Hut and told them about my bad experience, and get this...they gave me a free pizza to make up for my poor experience at LC. Hahaha!! Guess who is getting all my business now!? Thats right PH. Thats $30/week. $120/month. $1,440/year!! #LittleCeasars lost $1,440 every year...

Four outa fifteen stars means you guys need to tighten your game . I came to this restaurant last night and tonight on first trip I ordered pretzel pizza I get it home and it's a regular crust pizza with freaking table salt dumped on it. I called last night and the manager on duty said! Hats how it's made . So tonight I went back I went inside this time I tell the guy behind counter I wanted the pretzel crust but I wasn't paying for it until it was ready guess I'm the first person ever to say that cuz he responded with thY would just waste out dough and cheese so I get to the manager who asks the problem then agrees to make a pizza so I could check it finally he comes back with pizza after thirty mins pizza looked great just like what I know a pretzel pizza to be then he asks me again what was wrong I again explained it's freaking table salt on regular dough bread he then says this"oh I know you know why ". No " we ran outa that salt and dough last night and he was sorry as he charged for tonight's pizza well cool I thought I'll just tell every one on social media. So here it is 17yh and meridian little ceasers...
