Sorry, this one is a bit long!! No cars in front of us, our order was simple, 2 mcchickens and 2 McDoubles. Window attendant says, “would you like to add two apple pies for a dollar to your order?” We say sure and pull up to the window. They promptly take our money and we pull up to the second window. The attendant then says, “we only have one apple pie, do you want something else instead or something?” We say sure and we were offered a strawberries and cream pie instead when she opens the window back up. She closes the window then opens it back up again and says can you park in spot one? When we pulled around the corner to park in spot one, we realize spots 2-5 are also full. We received our receipt at 340. At 352 I see a woman coming out with about 3-4 bags. She came to our car and asked what we ordered, looks in the bags and says oh I don’t have your order and proceeds to deliver bags to the cars parked in the other reserve spots as well as the two cars pulled up behind us and waiting for their food. I’m getting irritated by now and am about to go in when the manager comes out and asked if our order was for pies and cookies. By this time, it is about 355 and we told him we have been waiting more than 15 minutes for our simple order of 4 sandwiches and two pies. He said what did the lady have then? We tell him we didn’t know and she said she didn’t have our order. He goes back in and retrieves our bag comes back out and says, “she had your bag I don’t know why she didn’t give it to you she must have been confused or something” then turns around and walks away. I took this pic as we were pulling out of the parking lot with our food at 357. A few things wrong here: why offer pie when you don’t have it and if you don’t have it, be a little more professional when saying it, why are you so behind you have to deliver 5+ cars worth of food at the same time (especially if one is only cookies and pie), if your employee makes a mistake, own up to it, instead of saying I don’t know what happened and sounding like it wasn’t a big deal and lastly we just waited over 18 minutes for burgers and pie, offer a coupon or drink...
Read moreIt was my first time visiting this location, given the fact I had to work at 5:30 that morning. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin (no cheese) meal with a powerade & oatmeal. I pull up to the 2nd window and they give me everything but the Powerade. I explain I ordered the meal and I'm missing the drink. She asks for the receipt and then tells me that they didn't ring it up that way (so I'm expecting for them to give me a Powerade for the inconvenience, instead she tells me that'll be $1.08. I decide it's not worth it and I leave.) I get to work and there's cheese on the mcmuffin. I'm allergic to cheese, so I call and speak with a manager (Cecille) & she tells me she will put me in the book & replace my entire order.
I went back 4-6 days later to redeem my original order, & I explain the ENTIRE situation and a different manager (a black woman who works the 5am shift) tells me that she can't do anything because I don't have a receipt and Cecile didn't put me in the book. Instead of replacing the order she decides to call Cecile at 5:30 in the morning (who wasn't working & of course she doesn't answer) and proceeds to tell me that I could just be making this up. I had to pull up my bank statements from my phone to show her the actual purchase & at that point ONLY she decided to give me my food. I waited almost 25 minutes for them to replace a meal that costs maybe $5.
I get to work & the oatmeal has so much milk in it that I have to take it a sink & drain it in hopes of it being edible (it wasn't). I also open my sausage egg mcmuffin meal & guess what I'm missing (the egg). I have had pretty crappy service from mcdonalds but this was by far the worst. I shouldn't order food and then have to prep it once I make it to work.

The attendant gave the receipt to the owner/manager it was not given back to me. The 2nd order was placed on Monday, November 21, 2022 and the same thing happened. I asked for eggs and cheese only. The owner/manager told the staff to just take the sausage off?? Again how is this the brand of McDonalds? Does it cost more to simply make a fresh order? I threw the order away, wasting another $7.26. We are trying to keep our money in our local area. I work 14-26 hour shifts at McBride Orthopedic Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner, not a mille away it is on my way to work but this is very disrespectful. Many non-hispanic persons have gone for jobs there only not to be hired.
