This McDonald's is possibly the worst i have ever been to. My sister placed her order in front of me, they charged her 19 cents for pickles, and then didnt even put them on her burger, when she complained, the shift manager put it on the counter and waited 3+ minutes before doing anything with it, and it is now at least 10 minutes old. They asked her if she wanted a large, she said no, they ended up giving her a large meal anyway, oh, but they forgot to give her drinks for her meals. Then I order and ask for ranch, I get my food, no ranch. I ask for ranch and the lady says she has to charge me. Why didnt i get charged for it originally when i asked for it and paid with my card? I had to dig for change because they dont know what they're doing. I went to get our drinks, the bag of napkins was lazily set next to the dispensers, and there were no straws. I asked the guy at the counter to refill the straws, and he handed me 5... thanks? Go out to the playground, the tables were all filthy. The only redeeming quality was the one sweet Mexican lady who kindly cleaned a table and highchair for us when we asked. She was so nice. I worked in customer/food/fast food service for 12 years, it is not difficult. These people are lazy and rude. I urge anyone coming from the zoo or science museum to read reviews and...

Food was decent for not being given any salsa, jelly or ketchup (4 hash browns {only ordered 3}, 2 sausage & egg burritos, 2 bacon, egg & cheese McGriddles {had ordered 3}, 1 sausage, egg & cheese McGriddle, 2 small orange juices & 2 medium Dr. Peppers), but their English speaking service seemed aloof (putting it nicely); while their Spanish speaking service visited with their Hispanic friends in the Play Place dining area. We said we were dining-in when we ordered, so they gave us a number to set on our table & said they'd bring our food out to our table when ready. Then, 35 minutes later, they're hollering a take-out number (that no one has) for our order; they completely confused everyone that was waiting for their orders. Once we figured out that the mystery take-out order was actually our dine-in order my husband said, "We ordered to dine-in & y'all gave us a table number for dine-in..." But before he could finish speaking the service worker said, "Well, I don't know. Just have a nice day," & she turned around & walked back to the kitchen. We were trying to eat cheap before taking our kids to the Science Center, but I think we'll just spend a bit more & eat at the Science Center when we go...

The manager in charge was trying to make things right. The other manager that came in kept looking up front towards the counter but she wouldn't help anyone. Everything was in terrible disarray. Part of our order was made incorrectly twice and my burger was raw in the middle. There were ants everywhere. All the trash cans were overflowing. The tables and chairs were either sticky or had some type of food debris on them. Everything was very dirty. The bathrooms were horrible. One was clogged. Another had a sink out of order. Of the 2 remaining one had gnats in it and they both were of course smelly and overflowing with bathroom trash which is worse than food trash. The local guests didn't seem to care. Apparently all this is normal at this location according to what I heard others guests saying. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Hopefully I get to post my pictures bc I'm not making any of this up. I just hope they fix these things because it could actually be nice. It's big with a new play place, but that doesn't help when it looks this dirty. I had to rate it at least one star. Personally I would not have even...

Huge improvement then what this location was years ago. This location has been remolded and looks amazing for a McDonald's. There is a separate large dining area/room with tables where the kids playground is. Inside the main portion of the restaurant there is quite a bit of seating. They even had several high chairs with what appeared to be plastic coverings that might be used to give toddlers a clean surface to eat on or they were seat covers. Near each entrance they have installed a hand sanitizer dispenser. This location even has a separate parking lot behind the building to accommodate school buses. There is a public restroom but to keep homeless from locking themselves inside the bathroom, the bathrooms are kept locked but the staff will unlock the restroom upon request. Lastly the staff during the morning shift were friendly and professional.

Ordered through drive through. Pulled up to the 1st window to pay it took 10 mins for the girl to take my payment. While checking me out playing on her phone. I sat at the 2nd window for 20 mins. No a single employee acknowledged I was there. Watched groups of employees taking smoke breaks by the drive through door. Finally when the brought my food, I asked what took them so long. The kid said the others all left the kitchen and he didnt know I was there. Oh and top it all off with semi warm food on delivery. Look at the order of supersized fries that I paid extra for. DO NOT RECOMMENED ANYONE TO EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

I understand that prices are going up but shrinkflation is real. The price of a 4 piece happy meal is $1 more than it was a year ago and we only got approximately 10-12 French fries. Previously it would fill up the other side of the nugget box section. Pretty soon we will no longer be able to go to McDonald’s because of pricing and shrinkage of product received. If McDonalds is going to go up on pricing then we should still receive the same amount of product. Really disappointed, I feel like I should go back through the drive thru so my 4 year old can have more fries. 🙄 That being said, the drive they was very quick.
