Panda Express — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Do not go to this panda. Ive always had a great experience and love the food. Today my wife drove to penn square mall to gether favorite for us, She said she had to wait for a long time because they had to cook the food which is ok the problem is after that long wait they didnt even give her all the food. Waste of time to wait for something you wont receive. So i called to ask for a refund and was asked to come all the way back to show them the physical receipt when i had it in hand able to provide the order number and time. I expressed that i wouldnt be able to come back and if she could do it over the phone to be met with i need to come show her the receipt. So i asked for a corporatw number to be told there isnt one and stated “ do you really want me to come back and express my frustration in person” and she said yes so i asked for the manager and was hung up on. Sad to say that the lack of customer service and care of this place will lose our buisness and will tell everyone i know that this is not the place to vote...

I’m definitely not one to leave reviews. And the food was fine I’m not a picky eater or hard to get along with person. And I don’t know if she was just having a bad day. But I was paying for my girlfriend and I and when I told her that my girlfriend was going to get something too she said “you know how I asked you if there was anything else? Yeah that’s when you should have told me” I honestly didn’t know what to say because it was super random. We hadn’t been mean or demanding to her or anything. I've had good experience at Panda locations. This one inside Penn Square mall being one of them. Today's visit was not the best at all. I was met with a bit of an attitude, which I'm willing to forget as people have circumstances they face in life that have a bearing. The food was fresh but tasteless. The bottled water I was drinking had better flavor. Very rarely I feel that I wasted money on food. Today's visit to this location certainly ads to that very short list. Hope they make a drastic change to make sure they keep up the image of this...
