SMH! I've been here at least 5 times in the last 2mo. Out of that maybe 2 have been up to Chick fil A standard. Long wait time in the drive through. Food being served luke warm. My last two visits . The drive thru was busy. With a least 5 to 6 cars pulling up a head of me so 🤷 .I go inside to place my order the cashier had a nice tone but was rushing me and didn't want to wait til I got my app pulled up so she could scan. She kindly told me I could put in manual. My screen was dark and I was trying to find the place to brighten it.. I said well I wanted you to scan it but ok. She was in a rush. I received my order it was Luke warm at best. Chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. The very next day I placed my order inside again. I Received my order and it was wrong and at best Luke warm. Again. It's a new location. I understand but food Luke warm almost cold is a no no. Not organized with staff . Inside and drive through. This location is less than 7 minutes from my residence. Is why I've been so often. Went to 63rd location today runs like an well oiled engine. Rockwell is solid too. But this one Nw expressway and Classen . D grade and that's being nice . Do better cause this is not Chick-fil-A Standard!...
Read moreCashier kid tried to steal $10 from me. It was $10 with 50 something cents I paid with a $20 bill and he asked me if I had the $.50 so I gave them to him. Then he took out a $10 bill of the Register (my change), but didn’t give it to me and put it back in so I waited and asked for my change which he argued that I paid with a $10! Manager came and said she was going to count the money from that register then came back and said that there were no extra $10 so then I told her to look at the cameras. And instead of herself coming back with my change and apologizing for the inconvenience, she sent someone else to just hand me my change back. Terrible manager. Please do better...
Read moreI spend close to $200 a month at Chik-Fil-A. I simply wanted a second refill of sweet tea, however, Megan refused to keep me a happy customer. I did not like her snooty attitude, she seemed eager to show-off to the younger employees. She even had the nerve to lie to me, stating that every Chik-Fil-A only offered one refill. Corporate office says differently. Nowhere in your restaurant does it state you are only given one refill. I am not happy that I was both lied to, and not educated before spending my money.
