Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Honestly I wish I could leave a zero star review. My girlfriend and I just moved to south side and this location is the closest one to our apartment complex. Not only have we had our order messed up all of the three times we have visited but the staff and the managers are very unprofessional and disrespectful, we today had an encounter with a manager who's name tag said Gray, and it was the WORST experience we have ever had with a sonic EVER!! we order two meals requesting a medium tot on each meal, not only did the give us a large (not apart of my complaint) but one of them was a large fry, I was mainly so irritated because this wasn't the first time we had our food messed up at this location.we had to wait in a very short line for a very extended amount of time, MY GIRLFRIEND IS PREGNANT, she was starving by this point so she ate a few of the fries, there were more than half left. Anyways we finally get to the window after waiting 15 mins for someone else's order to come out and they are very disrespectful, saying there aren't any fries left in the fry cup WHEN IT WAS MORE THAN HALF FULL!! not only did they not give us a medium fry the gave us a tiny bag with a small container that was supposed to have tots in it but they were LITERALLY just thrown in the bag there was ONE tot in the small container! If I ever do decide to go back to this location I will be jumping on some heads if my order is wrong again. THANKS ohhh yeah and P.S. If you are one of the workers that worked on 7/29/2018 asking for food back from a drive thru customer is reverse contamination and I can only hope and pray you aren't re serving that food to other people, I've worked at sonic in Norman and this is a BIG no no. ill be reporting you to headquarters...

I have been eating at Sonics for yrs,I been going to the one on sw 28th and may but they burned them.last time so I went up to 2707sw 59th been there several times,but I ordered my husband's 3 strip dinner on sale for $4.33 I gave her $5.33 she never gave me a receipt or my change back which I usually even tip at the window i got home seen 1 tiny spoon of gravy for 3 strips I called back down there and told the young girl about the tiny teaspoon of gravy not wanting any free food or not wanting know one to get in trouble just wanted what I paid for she handed phone to night manager such a rude person she said all we get is 1 and half ounce of gravel told her we didn't even get a fourth of that I didnt get a sorry i sure didn't want any after I heared someone day spit in it so I will be calling Corp in the morning if you go up there be sure get your receipt and CHANGE and please check your food can't believe this lady is,night manager they would not give me her name and I didn't get a receipt wonder why 🤔tips must be bad no receipt no change no more customers after I report her in the morning and I will tell my friends to avoid that Sonic very rude ppl.there everyone suppose to.get a receipt sorry but...

Drove up the place looked vacant so we started to leave and the manger came running out . We're open he said. We Had a coupon to buy one chicken sandwich you got one free from the app. Even though my coworker was having a hard time downloading it The manager saw it and accepted the coupon. Then the lady at the window asked us what drinks we wanted, confused we told her the coupon was just for the two chicken sandwichs. Then she said hold on. Came back to the window and told us it was for a whole entire meal included the drinks and side. We could choose tots,fries or onion rings or cheese sticks. Then they tried to charge us $23 dollars. The manger accepting the coupon obviously did not communicate with the lady at the window. Then she acts like oh I'm sorry hold on. Comes back ok the first order is $$$ and the second one is $$$$ we are like what??? The lady still confused had us confused. Then comes back with another $ but took the tots of the order this time the price was 17 dollars and something. We had already been at the window for 15 minutes. We were just like what ever paid it took the food minus the tots and left. Worst sonic customer...
