Starbucks — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This starbucks I just started going to because I work by it now and never I have been to a place where they are so unprofessional. I paid $8 for a coffee I think one it should be filled to the top and when I’m paying extra for something else that should be there to I paid extra for cold foam and this little white speck on top is what I received so when I was at the window and I open my cup and show them and ask them to correct it she said they are not required to do so .. so your telling me that your not required to make my drink right how it’s supposed to be. The most unprofessional people I have ever met. As well as I mobile order every day so it’s ready when I get there this morning there was not a single car in the parking lot or In the drive thru and yet I still had to wait for them to even start my order because they where to busy doing anything but their job. So rude and unprofessional.. and i myself work in customer service and if these people worked under me they would no longer be employed .. they give Starbucks...

This location is maybe the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The coffee isn't made the right way, they have no clue how to warm a Morning Bun (it's either burned or cold and almost never has the cinnamon sugar topping), and they refused to make a drink for my husband today that was literally on the menu. They said they no longer make them. They made him a different drink instead and it tasted absolutely horrible and I paid 6 dollars for it. I have no idea why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I am actually calling corporate today and reporting the store, because it's just really unacceptable how bad the drinks are and how terrible they are at just simply warming premade food. I really just believe this location is full of very inexperienced and potentially lazy employees. Go ahead and look at my history, I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but I am telling you that management needs to come into this store and look at it, because it's unacceptable...

Amazing customer service! I ended up coming to this location tonight due to an unfortunate incident at the mcarthur location off I-40 (I’m not sure what was going on there but the staff there was incredibly rude/disrespectful and apparently the store wasn’t operating not sure why I didn’t even get an explanation) but anyway I called this location and asked the sweet girl that answered the phone ( I so wish I would have gotten her name) if I was able to transfer my order to them she was so sweet and helpful and didn’t hesitate to make my order, once I got there she had made me an extra drink at no charge and even gave me a gift card and apologized for my troubles she is such a sweet soul it truly made my night! We need more people like her in customer service if this gets back to her I want her to know that I truly appreciated her amazing service...
