I work for a software company nearby and was told by my friends that this Taco Bell was nearby and decided to have a look. The nostalgic taste of Taco Bell was something I looked forward to.
I had to wait over 20 minutes without a response at the drive-through. After that, a customer service agent took my order and was combative when I pointed out there were mistakes in what she displayed on the board and what I told her. Finally, when the order was being delivered at the counter, the number of drinks was wrong, and when I confirmed that I ordered 3 number 6 combos, the supervisor screamed at me that she gave 6 chalupas. I mentioned that I wanted to clarify, and a drink was forgotten. She told an agent to give me a drink and was focused on sending me off.
Customer service is absolutely terrible here, and the supervisor shouldn't be working in customer service, let alone managing it.
So let's talk about the taste. The tacos had a bitter aftertaste, which is unusual and unpleasant. This is nothing like the Taco Bell standard, which I have seen in other locations. Please look into this.
This happened on March 22nd, 2023, at 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm at this location.
Until there is a change, I would not recommend this location and would kindly request prospective hungry and/ or nostalgic customers to take their business elsewhere for the satisfaction and respect...

We first get there and walk to the kiosk and the manager says itās going to be a 15 minute wait. So thatās fine we donāt mind having patience and waiting. We place our order which came to a little more than $50. The manager is huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf about āoh no!! We aināt fixin do thisā. āI told them itāll be a 15 minute wait but this is going to be 20 minutes or you know what weāll make them wait however long we wantā and she had said that loud enough to were the whole lobby out front of people heard. So we had requested for a refund because we still havenāt received our food and the comments that the manager and employees keep making. Then she starts doing the refund and makes it the longest process ever that itself was probably 15minutes wait. This is the slowest location ever they need more training and more enthusiasm. Itās very simple to find our order push the button and refund back however the method of payment was. Iām calling for corporate offices to stop by this location and shut it down. Itās crazy itās still open having more 1 star reviews than 4&5 stars combined. That goes to show you what type of restaurant...

My partner got to the restaurant at 9:20 they said they were working on the food. At 10:00 heās still waiting when someone finally asks what heās waiting on and he Ofcourse says āmy orderā. They then say they have lost the order and will start making it now. At 10:21 they give him the food. He checks it, and 5 items are missing and 3 items are wrong and they didnāt give him a drink, he starts listing whatās missing and the lady is still getting the order wrong when repeating it back to him. Finally they give him the missing items. He gets back home at 10:40. An hour and 34 minutes after the order was placed and guess what the order was STILL WRONG. Itās literally NOT hard to read a screen. I worked food service for many years when I was young and never had a problem with wrong orders.
