I recently discovered this cute and delicious dessert place a couple weeks ago. So many amazing flavors with such a unique texture! We have been a few times and have never been disappointed with the flavors or the service. I don’t usually post reviews, but this was a must! They are always so friendly and kind with great customer service. The first time we went, we thought it was closed because they were mopping. But the nice girl inside ran out to grab us and let us know that they were open until 8. She was so sweet to us even though they closed in 10 minutes. She took the time to come outside to let us know they were open. That alone was the best customer service that I’ve seen in a while. She even gave us samples and made sure that we had a great experience! We are definitely gonna be a couple of regulars.

Definitely worth the try! I have been searching for Water Ice in OKC for the longest and was told about Cool Cups. My cousins and I went today and they had plenty of flavors to choose from. We went an hour after they opened on a Sunday and there was no wait. The girl working was very nice and patient while we decided what we wanted. The Water Ice was delicious and so satisfying. A bit sweet for me, but I know most people love that. I would prefer more natural flavors but that’s just me! It tasted like ice cream in sorbet/shaved ice form. I would honestly eat the water ice without flavor lol

Oh my gosh you guys this place is well worth going in and trying. I just went for the first time the staff was a delight and the flavors are out of this world I think I just found my new favorite place for when I need a sweet cold sugar fix. My favorite part was when the spoon changed color was not expecting that 🤯 but no in all seriousness it truly is so freaking good like so freaking good it's what you'd expect a fluffy surgery cloud would taste like. Wait did I mention how good it is yeah it's that good.

I personally don’t leave many reviews but I felt the need to leave this one. The italian ice was great but the service was awful. The girl working was rolling her eyes and extremely rude (Not specifically me but everyone in general in the store). I will always support a business if the service is great whether I like the food or not. I will absolutely not support a place with bad (by bad I mean absolutely rude) service. Make sure to remind your employees that they get paid by customers coming in that are supporting the business they are working for. A smile and a thank you goes a long way!! Could’ve even kept me a regular customer but instead I will not...
