Panda Express — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I ordered a bowl with super greens and steak. They told me it was gonna be extra for steak. Okay, no problem. Got my food, and there were literally four pieces of steak in my bowl. I went back to the window and the first girl was like "we put a heaping spoonful" so I showed her where I literally counted out four pieces of meat. She basically told me too bad. I asked for the manager. Another girl came to the window. I explained everything and she repeated what the first girl said. Then she got an attitude and was like you were told ahead of time that the steak would be extra. I said ma'am, I'm not upset about the extra charge, what I am upset about is the quantity, and at this point the lack of customer service. I will not be returning to this Panda Express. In the end, they ended up giving me four more pieces of meat, so I guess that should have been...

Be careful of the Panda Express located on Rockwell/Memorial Rd in OKC: Most of the staff are teens. Some of the drive thru workers have been rude to me on a few occassions. The manager, "Maria" was very rude, as well. The food is not always prepared properly, it's a hit and miss. Overall, the service is terrible. I am guessing, the general manager was desperate to hire staff and hired several inexperienced teens and a manager with no intra/inter personal skills. "Maria" hung up on me tonight, and was very agumentative after I called to complain about the food. If the general manager doesn't handle this situation, Panda's productivity will decline overtime. I am very dissapointed and will be reaching out to the corporate office...

The food was under cooked. I went back to get my food replaced. Didnt have the receipt because a friend made the purchase and didnt hold on to it but I took at picture of my under cooked noodles. iPhone has a day and time stamp that showed the picture was taken today. The manager was so rude! Told me I needed a receipt and that I could be lying. Said I needed to give food back after I threw it away at work. I didn’t go back to the location until I got off work. Why would I hold on to food for hours from my lunch break. Plus she lied about her name, told me it was Maria when her name tag clearly says something else.
