Taqueria Mi Pueblito — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

If I could give this place a negative 100, I would!! I ordered $58 worth of food. We ordered 2 horchatas and upon opening one up, there was an entire ROACH floating in the top of my drink. I then called to complain and was told the didn't believe me! They offered to replace them but I told them NO for obvious reason! They then said I would need to speak to "support" but was refused the # and was told to find it myself! They repeatedly hung up on me for asking for the #! I also requested on every item for extra red and green salsa. We were given 2 red and 2 green. That wasn't even enough for each person to have one! We had really liked this place but will NEVER, EVER go back! If u guys want the worst possible customer service and bugs in ur food or drink...this...

When I first moved to OKC 4 years ago this place was actually good to us! We enjoyed coming and enjoying food at night. We have ordered on door dash twice, food was cold and didn’t even send the tacos we asked for. Also, tacos had SO MUCH onion and cilantro and barely any meat. The cilantro is also served whole, they take the leaves off the stem and don’t even bother to chop it up. Also ordered some horchata and I could taste the rice that was not strained and it has so much cinnamon. Waiter at night also didn’t seem to care, didn’t even bring out or order correctly when we tried dining in last night, didn’t bring salsas to us and there’s so much more. One of my favorite taquerias, I have been going since they opened because I work late and they are open late until 1AM during the week and 4AM on the weekends. They have one of the best pozoles in OKC, tortas and tacos are solid. They have been doing quesabirrias the past several months because they had a great Birria already and had the quesabirrias for the first time last night and are in the top tier for OKC quesabirrias for me.
