I had the most incredible dining experience at Volcano Sushi Bar, and I can't praise it enough. From the moment my rather large party walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service by Jenny. Her attentiveness and professionalism made us feel right at home.

One aspect that truly impressed me was how smoothly everything was handled, despite the size of our group. Our orders were taken efficiently, and to our delight, all the dishes arrived at our table simultaneously. This was an amazing lunch! My wife who refuses to eat sushi decided she’d join me for lunch. I get it not everyone has to like sushi. I’ve told her time & again there is more to choose from and she needs to give it a try.

One thing I know she likes is the Edamame and we got that as an appetizer. Quite rnjoyable

We’ve reached common ground! The Hibachi is the way to go so I decided that we would order similar lunches. First I had to order my favorite - Ikura. AKA Fish Eggs, absolutely delicious. Every time I eat sushi this the one item that I have to order.

I ordered the Seafood Hibachi with Salmon, Shrimp & Scallops which were very good! My wife opted for the Shrimp Hibachi - she thoroughly enjoyed.

The service was spot on and she was very efficient. Our server Skye was delightful and she handled our order & drinks efficiently. The restaurant was very clean and was an inviting place to enjoy lunch. The patio would have been a nice option to dine outside but the heat was just unbearable!

We celebrated my SIL’s birthday last night at this location. We have eaten here several times and it’s always spot on. There were 6 of us and we all ordered the hibachi dinner except for just one of us. I decided I wanted the filet and lobster. It took a very long time for them to get our food out and when it did come out it was brought out at different times. My MIL and SIL got their food first then 5-10 minutes later my husband and step son got their food and about 10 minutes later they bring my food out. I thought this was very strange but just glad to get my food. Here is where I decided that I would write a review. My food was terrible. I ordered my steak medium rare it was way overcooked and VERY tough, to the point I could barely chew it which now I’m positive it was not a filet at all. Lobster same way, so overcooked and chewy it was just almost tasteless. I’ve always had a great meal from Volcano but it just didn’t happen last night. I will go back and give them one more try just in case it was an off night but if it happens again I will send my food back and I won’t be coming back to...
