This hotel is a mess.||One of the two elevators did not work to go to floor four (which is where our room was) you actually had to press a button on the broken elevator and trick it to go to level 2 so you could use the working elevator.||The sink faucet is too small for the sink - so instead of water flowing into the sink bowl it just spills onto the counter. Like you can't even get your hands under it.||The Refrigerator in our room was not closed (for how long IDK) because the space it was in is too tight. The compressor went out and wouldn’t cool. We had to use a refrigerator in another room.||We had a rectangular ice bucket but an Ice bag that was round. It would not fit over the bucket.||The Ice machine had no signage. It was in a dark room with no light switch.||There was no channel guide in room or on web app that the QR stickers on the TVs sent you to.||There was only one chair at the kitchen table when it says two come with the room. So we took one from the refrigerator room.||The living room couch bed had a heavy coffee table with no wheels. So to open the couch bed you had to literally move large furniture around to accommodate the bed.||Our room didn't have a do not disturb sign||The water pressure sucks||In the morning, we went down at 8 am to get a plate of breakfast. When we got there there wasn't any food left... even though it was supposed to go until 9. The breakfast worker... was outside on his phone smoking a cigarette... not paying attention to food being gone... so we had to wait for 20 minutes for him to cook more... AND he didn't even wash his hands.||We were told to put all our towels outside the door and that room service would bring new ones in the morning... They took the towels... they did not leave new ones... so I had to go get more.||I got a call from the front desk lady who was frantic about the missing chair we took from the other room... because "other guests had to check in" ... so I had to give it back... still no other chair for our room...||The workers were mostly unprofessional - on their phones in front of customers, poor attire, not clean looking. Not what I expect at a hilton.||This hotel is not up to...
