Wendy's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I knew it, I knew it, I knew it! I knew I should not have come to this Wendy’s. But it was close to where I was AND I had a craving for an Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. Where do I start? I will start with the little girl y’all got at the window. She was the rudest little girl I have ever encountered. She was rude to me and she was rude to the people in front of me. After giving me my salad I waited my drink. She opened the window and said nothing. I told her I didn’t get my drink. I said it was a sweet tea easy ice. She got all huffy when I told her easy ice. I told here I was missing the extra condiments I asked for when I ordered. She said “there in the bag”. I told her they are not and she flicked her hand at me. So I asked for the manager. 🤦‍♀️ The manager was a little girl as well. I briefly told her that her employee needed to loose the attitude. This manager said she would talk to her. Sure she will.

AFTER TWO YEARS Y’ALL STILL SUCK!!!!

(Post from two years ago) Y’all suck! And that is saying it lightly. I placed an order online, which I’ve never done before. When I get to Wendy’s the bounce at the intercom told me to come back in 30 minutes. Then I told her about my online order she seemed a little upset, but told me to go to the window. When I got to the window she then asked me, “what’s the premium bun?” 😬 I told told her, “I don’t know. I don’t work here. It was an option I was given online so I took it.” (BTW this was the store manager I was speaking with the whole time). I ordered the 5 for $5. Got a drink, nuggets, fries, and burger. Not sure what the fifth item is, still can’t seem to find it. Got ranch dressing (🤮) instead of sweet and sour (🤗) and nuggets I presume was from lunch. (It’s 8:30pm now). Thanks...

Absolutely do not recommend this place. I went inside to order and immediately once I walked in the terrible smell hit me....it was so bad that I felt nauseous and had to pull my shirt over my nose a couple times to be able to get past the smell. The floor was dirty and that makes me think the employees are not cleaning like they should. I then stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged....an employee walked past me to take an order outside and she didnt even bother looking at me....she went right back behind the counter into the food prep area and so I ended up walking out to my car to order through the drive thru. Once I paid the young gentleman, he politely asked me to drive up to the door to wait on my order and that same girl that didnt acknowledge me in the lobby was the one that brought my order out......except I was missing one of my items. So then I had to go back inside and of course no one was at the counter and no one saw when I walked in so I had to loudly say "excuse me I'm missing an item." The girl proceeds to tell her coworker "ummm was that order supposed to have this item?!" to which he responded "oh crap!" She then tells me that the rest of my order will be out and so I waited in my car again and within just a few short minutes she brought it out. I never even got a sorry. Only reason I stopped here was because my son wanted to try their new meal...otherwise I would've just walked out and not came back. I will never be returning to this place. They really need an adult to run...

Stay away from this place!! Food was old, fries were re-fry, they forgot the salt. We upgraded to large to be told they had no large containers for the large size AFTER we paid. When we addressed the issue they offered a free medium fry to make up for 3 large fries, and 3 large drinks that we didn't get. Bringing attention to the price difference and a medium fry doesn't make up for it the woman shrugged and closed the window on us. So, we got back to our place and as we are going through the sandwiches they were all wrong. We are not the easiest, but when you order a bacon cheeseburger plain..... it should come with the cheese, and bacon. We got a hamburger single patty, and it was to be the double baconactor, bourbon bacon doubles, it had one slice of bacon one patty and no cheese on both sandwiches. I called up there and explained what happened and the manager asked me what more free food I wanted. I offered to bring back all the food untouched and she hung up on me. Went back to said location to try and show the ticket and the food but I was asked to leave the store for being a nuisance to the customers. All I did was walk in and say "hi, I called earlier about our order not being made rii...." and that was when the lady came out of the back telling me to leave. So, to reiterate stay away from this location! They serve old, re-fry, incorrectly made food, and will not...
