This place will not survive a boji busy season if things stay the same. Gave it 2 tries. First time ordered to go ahead of time in case they were busy with it being the Superbowl. Called about an hour before hand and asked for it to be done at a certain time. Pretty sure they made it right away and then put it back in once they realized because it was somehow cold and burnt. I called back and they remade it, but then I missed the first part of the Superbowl. Next we just went and decided to dine in. They weren't busy by any means and we ordered an appetizer platter and a medium pizza. We watched as other people came and went. Larger tables that ordered after us received their food before us. Our appetizer finally came an hour later and it was cold. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks wasn't melted and the hotdog in the corn dog was cold. Instead of remaking it they took it back and dunked it in the fryer again. It was completely inedible. We asked for the pizza to be put in a box as we were very ready to leave by that time as we had our 7 month old with us and we still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the pizza to come. When we first got there someone placed an order to go on the phone and she gave an estimated time of 30 minutes. Not sure why ours was 3 times the time. I will say when we got home and were finally able to enjoy our pizza it was delicious, but not worth an...
Read moreWhen our party of 4 arrived for dinner last Friday night, the restaurant was packed and there was a waitlist. The manager, Paula, happened to come by the host stand while we were waiting and told us she could seat us right away at a table in the upper level. She even ended up waiting on us! She not only took the initiative to wait on us, but we noticed she also jumped in to assist the other wait staff and bartender as well. The food took awhile, which we expected because of how busy they were, but once we got it, it was good. We had the fried ravioli for an appetizer (which we all loved) then for entrees my husband had chicken, I had a garden salad with barbeque chicken and my sister and her husband both had sandwiches. As busy as the restaurant was the staff truly seemed to care about the customers and were hustling the best they could to get food out, clean tables, etc. Paula, the manager seemed to set the tone for the rest of staff by staying calm and jumping in and helping where she could. We definitely want to come back on a less busy night and...
Read moreI agree with many of the other reviews that this place needs to shape up, or they won't last long! The atmosphere was odd, sports bar with live country music. We came in with a toddler, and the server seated us in a booth with a step up and the idea for a short high chair. With the number of people in the place we should have had our food much sooner. When the food arrived, the initial presentation looked promising. We had a rueben and fries, 3 piece mixed chicken, and spicy chicken strips. The rueben had an inedible rock-hard bun. The fries tasted off. The 3 piece mixed chicken pieces were all dark tiny pieces with very little flavor, and the wedges were the only thing that tasted good at the whole meal. I had the buffalo chicken strips. They had a good spicy rub on them, but the chicken was tough and rubbery (overcooked). The server checked on us once right after food was brought out. We had to leave our credit card on the table to make it obvious that we wanted to leave. Will wait for the next new place before returning,...
