Rude, rude, rude! I walked in and the lady says "yes...can I help you?" I'd like to place an order for carry out I replied. Then a gentleman comes in and she stops with me and rings his call in order up. Well, I guess my order is not important. When she finishes with him she then rudely ask "do you know what you want?" I'm thinking ummm yes, I knew what I wanted to order when I walked in. However, I politely said yes and gave her my order. I paid with my credit card. I handed it to her. After running it, she dashed it on the counter in front of me. REALLY LADY!!! Ok so now I'm really upset. As I'm sitting waiting on my order, a lady walks in. The same lady worker says "hello how are you? You ordering here or to go?" Ok so why did I not get a greeting like this? I got "yes can I help you?" As if I'm in the wrong place. I got my card threw back to me and when my food was ready she sat it on the counter and called out my order and turned around to continue working. The customer service was HORRIBLE. It was not busy where the workers were under pressure. So there was not a rush. I was the only brown person in there and my service was clearly different. I noticed this behavior with my 1st visit to this restaurant. I just thought the lady was having a bad day or under pressure because they were a little busy. This was my 2nd time and LAST visit to this restaurant. I will NOT pay money to get this kind of service. Although bo bo Chinese is closer to my home, I will drive to another restaurant to receive better service than this. Not that I got a thank you for choosing to eat at your restaurant, but you're welcome bo bo chinese...I...
Read moreMy mother, brother and I had dinner at this establishment and all three of us were very disappointed in the whole experience. The lady taking our order was snappish, even though there was no one waiting behind us, which is normally not such an issue, everyone has off days, but given the food and the price, I feel like this can't be overlooked.
We got our food to go. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes, got our food and left. My brother and I both ordered the "Dragon and Phoenix" special, and my mother ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken Combo dinner special, and we got some rangoons and some shrimp spring rolls.
The General Tso's chicken from the Dragon and Phoenix combos was soggy, and completely lacked any spice. The Shrimp was good, but there was only 4 or 5 of them total. The Fried Rice didn't even have any veggies in it and was also incredibly bland.
You may have noticed that I said rangoons instead of crab rangoons, and that's because there was no crab in the rangoons. It was just cream cheese.
The Shrimp spring rolls were passable, but also completely unseasoned. The same was true for my mom's sweet and sour chicken.
Over all, we spent $60 before tip to feed 3 people and got very bland and unappetizing food, and...
Read moreI ordered Honey Chicken and fried wontons. My friend ordered chicken and vegetables. When my friend opened the chicken and vegetables she said it smelled bad. She took a bit thinking her smell was off and it tasted bad. She could not eat it. My honey chicken was not crispy but the fried wonton were. Way over done . I called and was told I can bring the food back for a refund. When I got to the restaurant with my full bag of food. The owner had an attitude and told me never to order from there again. I was even trying to tell her that we ordered once before and it was good then. But with her making the excuse that the honey chicken wasn't crispy because I took it home and didn't eat in the restaurant and that there is no sauce on the honey chicken. That doesn't make sense if that was the case the won tons wouldn't be crispy. She had a horrible attitude and horrible customer service. I will never be back. There are way too many chineese...
