Sarpino's Pizzeria Olathe — Restaurant in Olathe

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sarpino's Olathe primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee over the phone. Our order, consisting of a Buffalo Chicken pizza and a customized "vegan" Pesto Magic, turned into a disappointment when we discovered chicken pieces all over the supposedly vegan pizza upon opening the box at home.

When we contacted the store, hoping for a quick resolution, the employee on the phone was shockingly unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite our repeated attempts to explain the situation, he consistently interrupted us, asserting that he was the one who made the pizzas and that the chicken was not unchecked during the ordering process. We reiterated that we specifically selected "vegan options" for protein toppings, choosing Beyond Sausage from the two options provided by their online system.

Instead of acknowledging the mistake and apologizing for the inconvenience, the employee continued to lecture us on how to order online, as if it were our first time using such a system. Notably, there was no expression of regret for the mix-up. This is particularly ironic considering that their pizza boxes proudly claim "100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE."

While it's possible that this was a system error, the employee could have exercised better judgment during the pizza preparation. Seeing "vegan cheese" and "vegan sausage" selected should have prompted a double-check or a call to verify the order!!!

This experience has left us questioning the sincerity of their customer satisfaction guarantee. I hope Sarpino's Olathe takes this feedback seriously and improves both their order fulfillment process and customer service. Disappointed overall and will never order from this...

I Googled Pizza Places cause I was hungrier than a hostage and this place definitely will not dissapoint your tastebuds. I ordered a $21 dollar,(that's Tax included), Large Make your own Thin crust with all Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, and half Jalepeno and my mouth felt like it went to Italy to finally get an authentic pizza and I must say it's the best Pizza I have eaten in a long long time. The store setup is take out only or delivery but it's worth every cent for their slices. The cheese was magical and the Pepperoni reminded me of little bowls but were quality that exceeded all my expectations. The Italian sausage was real and you can tell the ingredients on this pie are fresh and premium. The sauce taste like it came from a Great Great Italian Grandma's secret recipe book and was beyond delicious. The girl who took my order told me it would be ready in 15 mins but they made a masterpiece in 12 min. I waited in my car since there is no where to sit inside to wait and this is my only go to spot for now on when I'm in Olathe. If you're Skippin out on Sarpino's, you're skippin out Surpremecy cause it's got to be the best place in Johnson County for pizza, hands down. And maybe beyond cause it Tickled my Tummy's...

Santa Fe Chicken with Chipotle Ranch – The most mouth-watering pizza I’ve ever had. Hats off to the makers!

Ranch Chicken Pizza – Pure ranch vibes, melts in your mouth like juice.

Alfredo Chicken Pizza – If you love cheese + chicken + spice, this one hits hard. Add a Coke = next level.

Vegetarian Pizza – I love both veg and non-veg, but this one’s a surprise! Sweet, loaded with toppings (pineapple is the game changer).

Pesto Pizza – This is the best of the best, MUST try.

Also try: Sarpino’s special salad – fresh, green, and makes you feel good from inside.

Shoutout to Jogi, Rohit, and Mohi – super friendly and they get your order just right. They even accept cash on delivery.
