Just went to get an "easy" breakfast for my family and got an exprience that was everything but easy. Manager was disruptive during the time of my order. First, they forgot two orders of hashbrowns. No big deal. Came in the lobby to tell them and they brought them out shortly. Then I get home begin to plate the food so we can all eat. Whole order was wrong. Forgot the meat on the breakfast sandiwches. Packed my kid up for the second time to go get it fixed. Soon as I roll up the first thing out of the manager's mouth is "we aren't doing breakfast anymore." She then asked if I was having a bad day. Horrible attitude. Kept coming up with excuses for herself. Such a shame that she kept blaming other employees when she's supposed to be in charge of everything. They swiped my card for a refund. Gave me a receipt that did not reflect the amount I spent on all the food and handed me $9 cash out of their register. So now I'm wondering if I'm ever gonna get the rest of my $19.41 on my credit...
Read moreArrived mid afternoon, wasn't busy, majority under staffed. Never seen the same employee every time I visit conveniently next to Walmart. One person in kitchen and one running drive thru and front counter. Not a single clean table, food on the floor. Looks like a rush and they didn't care bout cleaning up and getting ready for the next shift. Had to clean our own table and seats.
Every time we go and get our food, we get hot fries-but the sandwhiches always cold and short condiments like lettuce, onions, pickles. The glob the mayo and ketchup. One employee told us before they fired her assuming since we never seen her again, stated they never microwave their sandwichs to save time. Bathroom have never cleaned and never been paper towels to dry your hands. The handel on the Bathroom door is loose and if pull just hard enough can yank right off. The lock on the door don't completely and become unlatched when using the rest room.

Our food was served up hot. Our orders were ready in a timely manner, giving the circumstances. All employees appeared to have good hygiene. Employees handling food wore gloves. Employees were masked. And most of all they were very polite! BUT... what really stood out to me was how they handled an irate customer that was in front of us. They were not combative at all. They attempted to correct the mistake. It just wasn't fast enough in her eyes. She yelled her demand for a refund and without hesitation they calmly gave it to her. They didn't even ask for the bags of ice back that was already in her vehicle. She tried to pull us into it, but I don't give that type of attention. Employees didn't even talk negative about it after she left. They just moved along, as...
