Subway — Restaurant in Olathe

This was a delivery order. I was very precise with my order, which was 2 sandwiches, the Philly Meal Deal and the Monster Sub. Since the monster sub came only as a sandwich I ordered chips and a lemonade as an add on. When my son received the order he asked the driver about our drinks and he said that the store said there none ordered. There was. We each opened our sandwiches and NEITHER of our sandwiches had any vegetables.They were supposed to have. My son should also have had included on his some banana peppers. I immediately called the store and after 2 disconnects I got a young man who works there. I told him of my situation and said I would like some kind of refund since the whole order was messed up in some order. He said I would definitely have to bring the sandwiches back to the store. I asked him who was going to come get them and return to us new correctly made sandwiches. I asked for corporates phone number and of course, he had no idea. So I asked to speak to the Manager and what their name is. He said she was gone until 6 or 7 this evening and he name is Heaven. At 6:15pm I called the store. Three disconnects. No contact. My son tried calling from his phone and also had no contact with three disconnects. So I went to the corporate website. The website was not working. I highly do not approve of this stores...

The manager Heaven has got to be one of the rudest and most unprofessional manager I've come across. To see a line form but only bark orders to the young lady making sandwiches and go to the back and roll some more bread, bring it to the front, say a couple things and go to the back again rather then try to offer to jump in an help. Then when the pleasant young lady was doing making our sandwiches (we had 4) Heaven in a very rude tone calls the young lady by her name and calls out some flaw, then rolls her eyes and says whatever! I about lost my ish. As a manager you address things in the back or when others aren't around, you don't roll your eyes and say whatever in front of customers. I was going to address it and the young lady looked at me and said it's ok. Ummm no it's not ok! Overall, Heaven was extremely unprofessional and rude. If I were the general manager of this store, I would be embarrassed to have Heaven as a manager seeing the way she treats customers and her fellow coworkers, as well as her...

There high school age girls at this location are what makes me go up road to another location they had the worst customer service and were just rude like mean kids who didn't want to be there so we refuse to go back and we had a great visit at subway on 151st were there was a young man who was very helpful and pleasant. Plus I would teach employees at this location what an oven roasted chicken sandwich is because she told me that was grilled chicken sandwich but 151st still calls it oven roasted chicken sandwich and said she was dead wrong which I knew because I worked for subway as kid so I been ordering that sandwich for 20 plus years and only high school girls want to argue about a dumb sandwich. Lol I did ask where on your menu is the grilled chicken sandwich just caught guff from brats lol so yep recommend other locations...
