Dunkin' — Restaurant in Old Bridge Township

My recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, I found the counter empty, as the single employee was preoccupied with their cellphone and did not acknowledge me for several minutes.

When they finally came to assist me, I was shocked to find numerous flies buzzing around the counter. I had to swat them away just to get to the ordering area. The unsanitary conditions made me feel uneasy and ultimately prevented me from ordering the donuts I had come for.

The lack of attention from the employee and the significant cleanliness issue made for a very poor experience. I hope the management addresses...

Even better I got food poisoning from rotten milk and they told me I’m wrong and won’t do anything about it. This store is absolutely disgusting and I called the Department of Health.

I mean they regularly don’t give me half my order, I paid for an empty bag once… I was on my way to work so I didn’t check being in a rush…

Their manager is incompetent and nasty. I will be posting his response to the local paper. This man doesn’t care if you die just if he makes money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I arrived at 7:30 pm and closing time was at 8, but the door was already locked and the employee shook his head at me to indicate he wouldn’t let me in. I then watched him throw away trays of donuts, which I would have paid him for. I drove an extra ten minutes to a cleaner, nicer location on Rt 18. They deserve the...
