I'm not sure any of the employees speak enough English to really understand the orders. They are perfectly nice but my orders always wrong and the decaf is always cold. I stood at the order counter while the petty young lady asked me to repeat it 3 times, disappearing twice with register tape in her hand. I then stood at the pick up counter, having to ask for my coffee 3 times, while watching the cook fumble around the grill, open and closing stuff and close talking to another young girl. I politely reminded them what I ordered and i still was handed the wrong order twice. This is at least the third time. I want to apologize to man behind me in line. Read moreI just moved to the area and starting ordering Dunkin via Doordash. Every single time the order is prepared at this location, there is always at least one item missing. I NEVER recieve any bakery items. Whether it's one apple fritter or a dozen donuts, I never recieve it. Also, my coffee is never made correctly. The amount of times I've recieved black coffee when I asked for flavors, splenda, and cream is disappointing. I come here a few times a month, and they have only messed up an order twice. The first mistake is they misheard my order and missed a drink, but I believe this was more my fault and I just ordered the missing drink.
