Pudgie's of Williamsport — Restaurant in Old Lycoming Township

I have eaten at Pudgie’s probably 75times over the years. Mostly on the Creek Road when I worked close buy. Many won’t agree with me but I think they have the best pizza. With saying all that, the past three times going to Pidgies in Montoursville has been the worse experiences. One time they forgot our order and we waited close to 45 minutes before getting our meal. We had to ask if it was coming. Another time it took over 30 minutes before we got our meal. So tonight was no different. 30 minutes before getting our meal, my wife’s cheese steak and fries were cold, and my pizza was over done. I ordered five wings only to finally get them when we were about to leave. They must have figured they were late cause they brought them out in a take out container. Well they have lost a good customer....

What's up you guys? Last two orders I have placed I have had to wait in the parking lot well after pick up time. Today I ordered 3 cheesesteaks at 4:30 for pickup at 6:20. Pulled in the drive through at 6:20 and it quickly became obvious they weren't even started yet. I called that order in at 4:30 and had to wait another 10 minutes in the parking lot - finally getting my food at 6:30. Not good. Ordered few weeks back and same thing, except that time it was closer to 15 minutes of waiting after the pickup time. Again, with the food ordered way ahead of time. I mean the food is always good, but something isn't working smoothly somewhere.... I understand a little delay here and there, but 10 and 15 minute after pickup time isn't so easy to understand. Hope you can get it...

Base pizza is unique-delicious as usual but GD I think somebody needs to maintain a standard on the amount on toppings. Opened up the box. friends and I were thinking “where’s the pepperoni?!”. Then assumed some maybe were under the cheese like some other places do. No exaggeration....I counted 16 pepperonis on a 1 topping pizza. Pretty sad at the price point having 1 1/2 pepperonis on one slice. Most places aim for 75-90% covering and sometimes layered. I could understand if the flavor of them was robust or something but nah pretty basic cheap pepperoni. For the point I don’t understand the stinginess. I’ll order again when I have a Jones for pudgies style pizza but I hope this...
