This place should be avoided at all costs. Not a single member of the staff had a mask on their face. NOT ONE. I put my better judgement aside and decided to order a couple hot dogs despite what my eyes were witnessing. The young girl who took my order was very pleasant but again...NO MASK...when I went to pay, the older gentleman (who I’m assuming is the owner) just stared at me for about 30 seconds and goes “so are you gonna tell me what you got or not?! I’m not a mind reader!” That was the final straw and I came to my senses and left. (I know...i should of walked out when i saw no masks!) Imagine being a business owner and violating state policy AND you want to be rude as well? Your just asking for people to be first in line to report you to the board of health WHICH I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO AS SOON AS I GOT BACK TO MY CAR. I hope they pop in on you unexpectedly and shut you down. I snapped two pictures of you all behind the counter and in the kitchen maskless which I sent along to them along with the complaint.
Hey KEVIN,
Luckily I do know what I speak of and I’m not the first “special person “ to get a response from you this year...and hell...not even this week!! Teddy and Nancy below me seem to have had the same concerns and were met with the same ratchet response. MASKS are indeed required inside wether you chose to acknowledge it or not. It was my bad to ignore my better judgement and proceed to order despite the mask situation as I stated above...but what truly amazed me was the nasty way you spoke to me at the counter. AND THAT IS WHY IVE CHOSEN TO PUT YOU ON BLAST. No one is thanking you for putting yourself at risk. You don’t take a single precaution to stay safe in that store or keep your customers safe while they are in there. If you did you and your family would put a damn mask on. I hope anyone who reads your reviews and responses read between the lines in your response and are thinking “wow, how many times have the cops and board of health been called on them?”...

On vacation and staying in old orchard beach. we walked into Tami Lyns and asked if there were restrooms the man at the front said yes only for customers. I said okay we will buy something then. He then told me if you don’t want to be a customer there are bathrooms around the corner. I let him know that I would rather purchase something than have my mother walk further. I let him know that she has a bad knee and is a disabled veteran. Not saying this to get out of the required purchase. He then looked at my mother and said don’t play the Veteran card with me. I was shocked he would say this to a disable veteran in the first place, but even more shocked because we right away agreed to the purchase requirement. My mother became upset and I let him know we wouldn’t be giving him the business because of the remark made. He then continued with his smart remarks. I let him know we would be leaving a review and he replied good! Ironic thing is we were planning on having dinner there after the beach. Lost a customer for life.
If this was truly one sided and not true your reply would have come from a very different place. Instead your energy is the same...
Read morePerfect. Dont even know where to start or on which part of perfect I want to comment on first. Immediately pleased with the friendliness of all the staff. Comfortable and clean. The service quick but fresh and amazing. Honor system on drinks and self serve for coffee. It's also a small convenience store so the selection of drinks, anyone's choice. Great iced coffee. We didn't mind the plasticware ar all, usually I'd say no way but you dont even notice cause the breakfast tasted so good. The homefries, as re you kidding me, I would normally say I'll pass but glad I didn't, delicious. Pancakes filled the entire plate, our daughter couldn't finish them, she almost did though. We are here until Saturday and we plan to stop for breakfast before our drive home. I am even tempted to stop down one evening for the lobster roll, no one told us too but I saw a review and pic and we wonder if it tastes as good as our meal's pictures tasted. We loved our omelets and experience. Party of 5 and a highchair, under $65, great prices too. I was reminded to comment how well the owner/server was quick to help with our grandson, offering crackers to keep him occupied while we waited and even...
