JR's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Took the opportunity of visiting this bar based on the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised that the local (natives) were a lot of fun and very friendly as noted in other reviews, bar staff as always were wonderful, cheerful and happy which is a great asset to the bar itself, although it seems dated from the outside it does contain a lot of fun inside I would recommend a visit, definitely.

The chicken wings were awesome the Philly cheesesteak was also great, it’s good bar food!! The silverware I was told was locked away so finger food was the order of the day, it’s definitely dated but that’s the charm about the place, you can feel at home!! So please please visit the place, trying anything on the menu as I feel you you will not be...

Definitely recommend.Way older crowd of locals but they welcome anyone I didn't feel unwanted or out of place.Their prices on drinks are cheap and I had their wings they are amazing.I mean 9 wings for 6$ and some change you cant beat that these days Ive never had such big wings with so much meat on them they were amazing.I was actually feeling full after.And no they dont charge extra for celery or ranch or none of that BS.Bartender Jackie is the best she stays fully engaged...

First time at JR's but I will say they had some great service the food was amazing and the crowd was down to earth. I would fully recommend this place if ever in town. We played billiard and listen to good music. Definitely a place I would go back to knowing they have a great low key fun hospitaly environment. This is not a place with a club seen environment but a low key country type of atmosphere. Everyone was very nice...
