Worst Subway the employees they have now are a complete waste of space. They are extremely rude and the way they present themselves is just down right sloppy.! The black guy that worked there was supposed to be training an employee who OBVIOUSLY needed all the training she could get, but instead of him training her she was by herself putting the toppings on my sandwich and I asked for lettuce and she put a TINY BIT of lettuce on my sandwich and 4 pieces of pickle I KID YOU NOT.!! I was so annoyed with the entire experience and it didn't stop there.! (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT NOT ONLY ARE YOU ALL RUDE AND SLOPPY LOOKING CAN'T EVEN MAKE A DECENT SANDWICH) when I was walking out of the door the guy insulted me saying I shouldn't have been on my phone EXCUSE ME YOU LAZY WASTE OF SPACE.!. I'm 8 Months pregnant you don't know who I could be on the phone with first of all and second you didn't even have anything to do with the making of my sandwich. 3RD I'm clearly telling everyone that was behind the counter EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED LOUD AND CLEAR. 4TH you're stepping out of a place of an employee when you decided to get smart with me a CUSTOMER. Hung up on me mid sentence while I was explaining that I wanted a refund for a horribly messing up our subs. Saying that we could go there and get them remade, but we cannot get a refund even though we did it through your app. I want a full refund for the fact that they put tomato and pickles on my sandwich when I never said that as well as not even putting chicken on the chicken bacon, ranch sandwich. Try justifying why they made it the way they made it. I looked at the receipt nowhere where does it say to reduce anything or to add tomato and pickles to myself. I am allergic to tomato so I could not eat the sandwich. this location is an absolute joke and the manager that I spoke with had horrible manners. So long story short....I called this place just yesterday asking to see if they have job positions available and so on the "guy" or so call manager named "Moe" I believe with an Indian or Arab like accent or whatever thats at this location was very rude when I called and that he needed to go to lunch because I was calling him on his lunch time!
