Hard to rate atmosphere when the order is just wrong or the food is bad. Service is fine I guess, the person at the window doesn’t have much to mess up. It’s the people in the grill- idk if management is telling them to go easy on all sauces or what. But it’s getting to where I just don’t wanna go to Taco Bell at certain locations anymore.
I went here this evening and got some value menu stuff. I waited a little longer but not terrible-which made me think maybe they did it right.
The cheesy bean and rice is simple and the sauce basically pulls it all together, but they always skip a sauce, sub for chipotle, skeet on both or something
This time i bite into it, It’s cold, and all bean. I taste a hint of the cheese sauce, like as soon as that gets cold i know it lessens, but the creamy jalapeno was not anywhere. It was nasty. Pic attached. The chicken burrito had a whole end of just chips and tortilla, which are basically the same thing. I open it up (pics attached) and the chicken is absolute bare minimum- and there’s no sauce. The sauce makes it!!!
The chicken enchilada burrito didn’t have red sauce. Blech. The sauce cup had been turned upside down for whatever reason (definitely not by me) and it was only half full to begin with, so of course half of that just sticks to the lid.
Why would I buy a more premium item if they can’t get the small stuff right. And i’ve gotten plenty of premium items that were bad too. The ppl in the grill hide under anonymity. I hate it. Have some pride. If the system is bashing you that hard that you’re bitter, at least get them back by serving big portion sizes or something. Or if it’s the Taco Bell execs, i wanna know. It’s annoying because I can go in during lunch rush and they will all magically put sauce on everything.
Also I called the store three times and they never answered.
Edit: in regards to issues at other taco bells here is another issue as long as this glitch exists, I will review them negatively until someone fixes it- but they literally block you from complaining on the website. There are multiple glitches and at the time of writing this the submit buttons remain permanently grayed out no matter what you fill out. I came for nacho fries that are now removed and I’m reading the menu. I assume the young lady greeted me on the speaker but in 99 degree weather my window was up. When I did attempt to place my order a young man comes on the speaker and says “ima need you to respond when we say something to you”… I was so caught off guard that I immediately apologized and said “oh I’m sorry there isn’t a line I was trying to get my son’s order together”… I asked why they where being so rude and disrespectful and he said “get out the line now I’m not serving you. You don’t get no Taco Bell today”. I just knew this had to be a kid or someone playing on the speaker so I pulled off. As I’m attempting to exit the parking lot the young man is now running up behind my car with his man purse and camera recording me and yelling for me to never come back to his Taco Bell. My son is crying and I am trying to understand why Taco Bell isn’t just using AI at the speaker. Why this employee came out the building to harass me. Went through the drive through, they charged me for someone elses order which was more expensive then mine, I questioned the woman on it, she took my card back said she fixed it, I asked again to make sure it was fixed and asked for a recipient, she said it was fixed and recipient was in bag. When I got home I found no receipt and checked my bank account and she did not reverse the charges that she promised to. I called to speak with manager today to get this corrected. Manager was so rude, said there was nothing she could do to help me. I told her the night it happened, she said she was there that night and no one asked her to reverse any charges.I told her that was proof that the woman did not reverse the charge like he promised she would..She ShShe said she would not help me and there's nothing that she could do.
