Roasted Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Olmsted Township

"Coffee" should be in place of "Food" by the way, so that's why it's a 5. This is my absolute favorite local coffee shop around Olmsted Falls, but also in my opinion, the best in Cleveland. I go here frequently to buy my beans and ocassionally a hot mocha. They resell Alpha Coffee, and they have some damn good roasts. My favorites are Task Force Zulu and Charlie Don't Surf. Zulu is always on cold brew there and it's also great cold. I also want to gloat about the drink I order from there everytime. It's just a simple large hot mocha, extra shot. But I've had mochas from many different roasters and coffee shops, but this is still the only place that makes it perfectly. It's the perfect balance between the espresso, chocolate and steamed milk. Everywhere else something is off. It's either too chocolately, or like I'm drinking mostly hot milk with a hint of coffee. Roasted nails it, and it doesn't matter who makes it. All the baristas are the best. The owners are great too. They know their coffee, and they're so friendly. The one other younger guy that works there always talks football with me and it just makes the whole experience there so awesome. They atmosphere is perfect too. I love the look of the shop too. They also support local community efforts. This place is the best coffee shop in town, very literally for me. Me and my fiancé just went to Roasted Coffee Shop this morning around 11AM. We experienced the absolute worst customer service I have ever received at a local coffee shop. We just moved to Avon from the Columbus area so we were trying to find a good local place. We went in and as I was looking at the menu I asked if they had anything which had white chocolate white caramel drink. The response I got from the cashier which was a girl with brunette hair. She sighed and spoke to me in a rude tone saying “um we have a list of flavorings right here infront of you”. I have never been spoke to like I am a “idiot” costumer before in a coffee shop. We have never been here before and I was simply wanting to explore on what all there was. She then proceeded to take my card out of my hands because the “tap” didn’t work. Glad they are here and thriving. Don’t hesitate to visit. Parking is abundant. I went mid morning and it was perfect atmosphere and staff were quick to serve but not as crazy as other coffee shops. I’d say that not having a drive thru is a good thing here. I’d come here any time of day to get my Java on. I had a latte which was just right and I stayed to drink and had a muffin and biscotti. I like that they have visual examples of what they can make up on the menu board instead of on the counter. That’s where my eyes go anyway when I’m deciding to order. I wish they had more pastry and savory options available - I guess that maybe it was because I came mid morning.
