Horrid experience! Ordered a roast beef sandwich deal 5 for $5 in the app and when we pulled up to pick up the mobile order they handed us 1 sandwich. Turns out the app had an issue and didn't perform the order correctly which was outside our control. The lady at the window smugly 😏 smiled and repeated that it's outside her control and there's nothing they can do. My mother requested a refund and once again with a smug 😏 face was told, you can't return that, there's nothing we can do. Devon was not fit for a customer service position and showed no empathy of understanding but instead added fuel to the problem instead of giving a solution. I requested a manager after watching the disrespect that was occurring while my mother was trying to resolve the issue. The manager gave us the customer service number, as we also requested the young lady Devons name too. We were told they couldn't write the names down so we had to do it ourselves, which was a bit confusing when we had already spoken to 3 differing people by the end of all this and was trying to figure out who was who while one of the staff condescendly responded as if we should have known who everyone was.
We wrote down Devons and the managers name which we were told was Everett and I believe Nicole over him. After he disappeared and explained the meat issue needing to be accounted for, we placed the order a second time and this time it went through. Nicholas then brought us the final order of what should have been the original order and he too looked over his shoulder to Devon and grinned at her as he was taking care of us as to mock us. It was horrendous customer service! I told him that you know we have eyes and can see you right!? The antagonistic behavior at the window when a customer has an issue speaks volumes to the training that's needed in customer issues and how to handle them. 😑 Will never return to...
Read moreThe service is usually good at this location and we are always happy with the food, but the last time I went through the drive-through, they were out of turkey! It was disappointing since I had my heart set on a turkey wrap and they did have my wife's order.
Inconveniently, I had to go to Subway to find a healthy sandwich that I could eat, since Arby's dropped the ball.
I just placed a call moments ago to find out if they had turkey in yet (that's what was recommended because I was told they keep ordering turkey, but it doesn't show up with the other food). Is there a turkey shortage or just a logistics problem with Arby's? Sadly, the phone is set to voice mail.
Since I can't confirm they have what I want, I'll just skip the trip. This is a good way to create bad will and to lose business they otherwise...
Read moreI always come to Arby’s when I don’t feel like cooking. The foods good, but sometimes the staff aren’t (usually the men). Now I don’t want to sound like a snitch but a younger gentleman was smoking a vape pen or weed. I didn’t want to of course say anything but I don’t really appreciate people high or whatever the case is making my food🤷🏽♀️. Every-time I come in, the place is a filthy! I seen a young gal cleaning a couple weeks ago and I came in the next day for some vanilla shakes and that has probably been the cleanest I’ve seen this place in 2 years! Kudos to you chica! I hope they get better figuring out the staff and stop smoking in-front of customers, and actually pick up the place...
