This location has liberal late night hours, open until 1:00 a.m. on Saturday night. I like that.
As I rolled in at 11:55 p.m. last night, a Saturday, all the signage and lights were on, including the OPEN sign in the window.
After waiting in the drive-through lane for five minutes without acknowledgment, I pulled up to the window. There was nobody in sight. I drove around a couple more times, eventually noticing an employee inside. He still did not acknowledge me.
After wasting 10 minutes, I left.
Fast food basics: 1. Don't have arbitrary, changeable hours, 2. Whatever your hours, HONOR THEM. 3. If you MUST close early, SHUT OFF THE LIGHTS and TURN OFF THE OPEN SIGN so customers don't mistakenly believe you are open. 4. If you must close early and you do leave the lights on, HAVE THE COURTESY TO TELL CUSTOMERS YOU ARE CLOSED, either with a sign or by communicating such at the drive through menu board.

Never coming to this location again and I honestly want my damn money back. 11:40 pm 7/10/25 this happened. Fries were also like they just threw the bottom of the bag in and then let them sit there for orders. Husbands steak and cheese bread was nothing but mush. Fast food workers are seriously so lazy now a day. You seriously can't read gyro and roast beef with cheese? This is why fast food losing so much business. How hard is it to read what people do and don't want with their food to to drop fresh actual curly fries when ordered? Never had this issue with the 84th location, but they close earlier than this one. Read moreSo let's start with the app. The app is completely flawed. I ordered a burger no sauce and upon arriving at home found it to be completely covered in sauce. I called the manager Jocelyn who was very understanding and listened to my complaint. She offered to replace the meal. When I arrived I showed her a screenshot of my app order. She dug up the paperwork that showed my order and it said nothing about no sauce. She proceeded and taking a screenshot of my phone screenshot and was going to forward that to corporate. She replaced the meal apologize profusely and the end result was I walked away happy. Had it not been for the app fopa I would have given five stars across the board.
