Bo Bo China — Restaurant in Omaha

Don't ever go here. It used to be good and now it is not. I was served horrible food today with water down sauce that leaked all over my car with the way they packaged it and when I called i was told I needed to talk to a manager and that they wouldn't get in till 4 and I just needed to call back. When I stated that I was the customer so the manager needed to call me back when they were available the lady was reluctant to even take my name and phone number. I had to call back 4 hours later where I was then told that the manager was busy and that there is no name or information of mine written down anywhere by a separate employee. He then took my information after I had to ask if he found anything and he said that the manager would call me back before close. I had to call again a half an hour half before close which was about 2 hours after this last call and I was instructed that the manager was gone. When I asked why he didnt call me they didn't give me an answer. And then I asked for the manager's name and the staff told me that they didn't know. They will straight up lie to you about everything just to not deal with you. She also told me that she didn't care if I was upset. Do yourself a favor and...

The service at Bo Bo China is terrible. We had to wait close to 20 minutes to even get our orders for our drinks. When the waiter took our food order, my husband asked to substitute the crab ragoon for an egg roll because he is allergic to shellfish. The waiter argued with him about how they could not do that. When my husband's food was brought out, there was 2 crab ragoons sitting on his plate so he took it up to the front and told them he needed a new plate because he was allergic to shellfish and the lady up front said very rudely that it was imitation crab. Our plates were not cleared at all and the only person to check on us was a young girl. When the waiter brought our check, he asked if I wanted a box and i said no i'm still eating and he very rudely responded with okay and stormed off. The food was good but in no way did it make up for the service that these people showed their customers. We were so disgusted that we left no tip. If you want good service and great food, this is not the restaurant that I would recommend. My husband and I will not be eating...

Absolutely horrible experience at this establishment, first is the fact I had actually have to ASK for onions in fried rice is beyond me. When I called to speak with them about it the person on the phone actually argued with me about the food I was eating (very very poor customer service). When I was finished with the conversation I hung up, but wait there's more this person actually called me back to ensure me there were onions in the food I'm eating and looking at. Not being far from the restaurant I figured hey I'll just pop in and show them, when I returned to the restaurant I showed them my food. The person behind the counter proceeded to dig through my rice looking for onions, after about 30 seconds he found a little sliver of onion (likely from the last meal prepared on the grill).
