This is in fact the WORST!!!! Burger King I've ever been too. ALL because of the manager. Such an evil despicable man. I went into the store picking up a doordash order and it took 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. It was clear they were in a rush, so I wasn't too concerned. I've worked in the fast food industry. I get it. But this man immediately came over with an attitude, slamming boxes down and saying that he couldn't find things due to his employees and that he has to do everything. He raised his voice at his employees multiple times, and even THREATENED one of them before taking over and touching my customers food with his BARE HANDS!!!!! He was the only one wearing a mask too and was previously handling money, so he could have contaminated someone's food. I was seriously thinking this was a "What Would You Do" episode until he started CUSSING at his employees AND customers in the drive thru!!!!! Needless to say, I unsigned that order after 10 minutes of waiting and informed my customer of the mishandling of her food. This man needs to be fired. He is abusing his employees and broke so many health violations. I have never left a delivery so angry as I have with this one. Get better management or shut down. Read moreI went thru the drive thru to get dinner for my family bout 3 weeks ago.There was no one in line in the drive thru when I placed my order. I placed my order and I sat there for a short time thinking I was getting a hot fresh meal.Boy was I wrong! Worst experience ever as everything was heated up in the microwave..My wife's sandwich was still cold in the middle..my Chi'king was microwaved so long it was like chewing a piece of leather. I tried to cut it with a knife. It wouldn't cut thru it.I ended up throwing it away.I contacted Corporate and I was advised I'd get a call in 7to10 days from store manager about a refund. I waited and I didn't get a call.I emailed Corporate a second time and I was advised it was be 7to10 days to get a call from store manager. And no call from the store manager no the owner. That just tells me the store manager nor the franchise owner dont care about the poor experiences the customers are having at their store.Its really sad. My advise to you if you are thinking about stopping here for a hot meal..DONT !
