Burger King — Restaurant in Omaha

Do not order delivery from here. I ordered a Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken Meal, Bacon King and a 12 Pc. Fiery Chicken Fries. And out of all of that the only correct thing they gave me was the french fries which was part of the meal. I guess they were out of crispy chicken, 30 minute wait for grilled chicken, and they only had the original chicken sandwiches, which are small and do not compare to the other ones the chicken is literally gross on the original. So that’s the first thing, the second one is that they gave a whopper instead of a bacon king don’t understand how you mix that up but whatever not big of a deal. And they forgot my chicken fingers and the drink. This location obviously didn’t have the new items. If that’s the case it is the job of management to mark these items unavailable. Which will make it way easier than having to tell the driver to message the customer that your out of an item. I paid $30 for $15 worth of food that they gave. And the person who bagged my food is slow fr 😂😂 like they needa get replaced asap, can’t read fr. how you gonna forget my chicken fingers…ruined my meal smh 😒 me nd my girl couldn’t big back 💔 anyways if you were the bagger at around 7:50-8:00p on 8/2 you gotta get replaced yall made me mad fr with your slow self. i don’t be leaving reviews like...

This location (13th & Maths St.) is an embarrassment to Burger King brand, do not go there! I am not sure if BK still advertisers "have it your way" but I'm sure no one wants to be treated this way: routinely being ignored at the counter for 5-10 minutes, staring at the back of the front desk employee 9ft away who stares at the PC monitor, slowly fills orders and not even once bothered to turn around to at least acknowledge 3 different customers waiting to order. After 6-9 minutes 2 of them left, and again, no one even noticed it. I was 3rd in line (not leaving just because my kids were patiently waiting already for too long) and it took them another 3-4 minutes to finally show up at the counter to take my order. They ignored everyone for at least 10 mins! Unbelievable! Both restroom locked so kids cannot wash hands before/after meal, and ketchup dispenser not working. I am not sure how they can survive long-run with this kind of business attitude towards paying customers so I am not coming back, 13th Street is full of fast food options and this Burger King is waaay too far...

Man I’m gonna tell ya this ,I ordered my wife like any other whopper she gets from any of other locations the same whopper ,No lettuce, no onion, xtra mayo, with cheese cut in half. When she opened up her wrapper looked at that whopper she looked disgusted. She tried a bite just hoping it was edible. The lettuce (Wich I didn’t want on the whopper in the first place) was nasty soggy onions dang near 10in. Long,THATS CRAZY . So now I have a ticked off wife ,I’m Wich her appetite has now disappeared from wanting to eat the rest of the night . Complained her stomach now hurts.I spent $35.& some change for my order and that’s a lot for a mom&dad on a budget..
