Horrible customer service. My husband ordered food for our family and we received food that we didn’t order beings we would never order spicy food for our children that have food allergies and can not tolerate spicy food. We are very understanding that people are only human and make mistakes. However if you make a mistake simply own up to it and fix the problem. Little did we know they would be so incredibly rude and dishonest showing no consideration for our children. When my husband asked for them to simply deliver the food that he originally ordered because our children can’t handle spicy food the lady said “I’ll have to ask my manager”(she was dishonest beings little did she know that we know she was the manager) she put my husband on hold then returned as if she had talked to “the manager” she started telling him “you ordered the wrong food we will not fix it” he replied by saying “no I didn’t I wouldn’t order that for my kids when they can’t eat it” and instead of just fixing the issue she continued to argue with my husband who is a paying customer. He then says to her “so your not going to fix this and my kids don’t get to eat because of your mistake?” She again argued then rudely hung up on him. Not only am I leaving this review but I will inform everyone that I know on the dishonesty and disregard for customers and their children that they have.— on a side note I see A LOT of complaints about the same woman that is rude and hangs up on customers when they ask for a simple “please fix...
Read moreI've ordered a few times but I noticed there was a cut back in meat , I recently placed a order and received all veggies and a few pieces of meat.In both of my orders! The pandemic has a lot of restaurants getting over on the customer. I paid for extra meat and didn't receive it and when I called them about it they done nothing. From a paying customer that was unacceptable I will NEVER go back. Save your time and Money and just go somewhere else there's several other Chinese restaurants that value the customer and doesn't think we're just Americans buying food. I bet they miss my money in they're bottom line Wich is what matters. I know my value as a consumer. If you don't believe me place a order and look at the meat portion. The next day I still wanted Chinese food I went somewhere else and ordered the same dish and recieved double the meat easily without paying for extra. Don't waste your time...
Read moreI have both dined in their establishment, and ordered for delivery. In all cases, the food was fresh, hot, and well-mixed. By "well-mixed," I mean that the food was cooked in recipes that was tasty, not "empty or void" of flavor. And, the quantities were always on the upper-side of what is typical of other local Oriental restaurants and delivery services. I am just at the four-mile mark, and, once they had my online order, they got to in a prompt manner, no delay, even with them not being at my complex address, before. They are also friendly, and helpful. I substituted certain ingredients for others, and they accommodated me without attitude.
