Today was black friday and a husker game was on at 11am. I orderd my food at 11:30am and was told 65-75 min delivery, which was fine. I called at 12:45pm to see the status of my order and I was put on hold. I was on hold for an hour and 20min without anyone getting back on the line and our pizza was over an hour late. I drive up to the store and there is one guy in the store and ONE driver..on BLACK FRIDAY AND HUSKER GAME. It was very poor and unacceptable service. No expectations were set for wait time on the phone and the guy in the store wasnt even answer phones, he was just letting them ring. And when the time lapsed for our pizza (and im sure others orders) we were given no phone call or anything. I honestly thought the order would never show up. The guy at the store was rude, saying it was our fault. When a manager should have had more drivers and more help in the store. or ATLEAST an owner, store manager, or ANYONE should have been helping. This was the POOREST customer service I have ever been a victum to. I DO NOT recommend this store for ANY husker games or large orders because this store does not have the means to satisfy the demands of customers. This store needs to train employees on customer service and how to handle upset customers and what to do and who to call if they get backed up, because not answering calls, putting cusstomers on hold for over an hour and serving cold pizza should NEVER be acceptable anytime...
Read moreHad an experience of Papa John’s that truly broke my heart. I ordered my favorite brand pizza, a delicious supreme, the good stuff you expect to find. Only after the payment was made of course do I find myself with a 70 minute wait time. Alright, fine, I’m a patient gal. Fast forward to two and a half hours later and I have a frustrated and apologetic delivery man at my door. He hands me a cold pizza and retreats to his car.
I opened the pizza to find the worst spread of toppings I’ve ever received, allergenic contents like pineapples that weren’t ordered, and I didn’t even get the wonderful pepperonicci. I contacted Papa johns who sent me a canned email response addressed to my lst name promising a replacement. I accepted, and had not heard since. I contacted them again, and received no real response. Four days lter, I get a voucher in the mail for the smallest cheese pizza offered, for pickup of course.
This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant, restaurant management, and corporate customer support. And I accept broken shells, cold food, waits, wrong orders all the time. Papa Johns sure delivers, on broken promises, poor customer service, and empty bellies. Read moreI would not recommend this location. Their customer service is terrible! I ordered a pizza that wasn't sliced. When I called to ask why it wasn't sliced, Troy swore up and down that he sliced it. Why would I lie? He only agreed to do something about it once I told him I took pictures of the pizza. He gave me a credit, but that was all he said. Very rude, argumentative and abrupt on the phone.
I called back tonight because I was going to use the credit. I didn't know how much it was for, so I asked. The guy on the phone started yelling and talking over me before I could get the sentence out. Like, dude calm down. He wouldn't answer the question of how much it was for and proceeded to try and place a carry out order. I don't order carry out.
I just ended the call at that point. If they make their pizzas right, they won't have to deal with phone calls. So...
