I placed order 5F30FA3F-CC on the mobile app. The app stated the order was ready so my husband went to pick it up. When he got there, they said they were unable to make the order because they were out of meat. The told my husband they were not able to refund the money or cancel the order. They stated I needed to cancel the order in the app. I told my husband I was not able to cancel the order because it said it was ready. The store told him they would have to have a manager fix it but did not offer to call the manager. When my husband left, I called the store. They told me they would not contact the manager and I would need to call today and ask for Fawn or George. When I spoke to George, he laughed at me and told me he didnt know why they told me to ask for him and said that I needed to call TOMORROW between 2-4. I just want my money back, why is it so hard to reach out to your manager to fix an error? Why did they not call me when they saw the order come through to let me know they couldnt make it? Why did my husband have to drive there to be told? And what manager is so uninvolved that it takes three days for them to be back in the store to correct this? It shouldnt be this big of a hassle. Read moreWent into this one tonight on my way home from work after a disappointing experience @ another one on the other side of Omaha that was out of some veggies, this one had all the veggies but they do not carry honey oat bread at all.. not like out, but do not carry it.
The guy was super nice & told me what else they had, but I told him I only get honey oat because it gives that pleasant sogginess from the meat & veggies while still being edible where wheat & other breads fall apart. I told him I was not going to be ordering & suggested he tell someone higher up they are losing some business over it, I'm sure I'm not the first person to complain or walk out. He said he understood & he's the same way.
I told him I'd come back for him, but won't be ordering tonight because they don't carry honey oat at all. Very disappointing.
I would normally give this a 1-star rating as I did walk out, but because of his attitude I'm going with 2.. so that one is only for him as Google does not allow reviews to be 0 stars.

Read moreHappened on, 02/20 or 21st. I arrived and found that the store had lost my order. Gave me the run around. Finally rebooted the computer and oh my, there was my order. Acted like they had never been trained. At this point, I am sure I got a little louder. Thank goodness there was no one else in the store. Once I got my order, a dude with BOSS on the back of his black t-shirt came around the corner. I asked him if he was the manager, and he stated no and I needed to leave because I was being rude, or he was going to call the police. I told he to go ahead and that I would not be returning to the store, and I would be posting this on the stoes site. I then turned and left.
