This is the worst place to ever come too. Behind the counter there was food and melting ice cream. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting. They smelled like they haven't been cleaned in 6 months. Our daughters ordered two things, a misty and a dipped gone, we watched the staff give one daughter their misty albut we waited for 20 minutes for the dipped cone. At 20 minutes i asked for the manager. The employees said that the manager went to Walgrees on their break. What food establish lets the mamager go on break when you have 20+ people inside the restaurant and at least 10 cars in the drive through. When the manager came back on duty....the employees told him that I wanyed to talk to him. With the place packed, I pulled him to the other side of the restaurant. I asked what he was doing to ensure that his employees where getting the correct orders to the customers. His response was....if you want to know about everything that goes on here. I would be happy to tell you. I told him....I want to know tonight what he is doing doing his busiest time of the night to ensure everything was running smooth. His response was.....do you know I was in a critical accident and I am not supose to be here right now, I am the only mananger that works here right now and I could shut this place down right now, if I wanted too. I did respond, I think you should you have a ton of health violations. The manager responded and seem very annoyed with me, I will just refund you your order. I said, yes you will. The manager walked over to the screen with the orders, brought up our order and said to an employee....You have got to be kidding me it is a cone and misty. The manager asked me my order, I told him. He asked cash or credit card. We got our money and left. I will never, ever return. The emoloyees should find new jobs, they were working their tails off. The employees were doing their best under no direction....clearly. My wife has been to this Dairy Queen many times over the last 20 years and she said this is the worst she has ever seen.....it has never has been this awful. I will...
Read moreO k dairy queen this was really Ridiculous, it took me 25 minutes from the time. I ordered to the timeline left and in between that. Nobody told me I would have a 15 minute waiting time. I simply ask them to go ahead and give me my money back. There's my card refund everything I cannot wait simple request. The gentleman came to the window a different guy and told me. It should be only 5 minutes. However, he was correct I waited in there spot on the other side of the building. It was 5 minutes kudos to you. However, when I made my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup for no mustard. I ordered the combo I paid for everything, including a chicken meal. It came up well over $25. Used my coupons it went down in price. When they came and gave me my order. It was a single cheeseburger smotherd in ketchup with no fries. I don't know if they did it on purpose. Because I was trying to be as nice as possible. I went in. I didn't realize about the Burger. But I did notice the fry so they gave me fries. However, those were cold. I was to the point where I just wanted to go. But when I went home, the hamburger was loaded with ketchup. The person that ordered the hamburger is highly allergic to it, when she went to take the bite. I noticed the ketchup and stopped her!! come on, Dairy Queen. The problem started off by only having 2 employees. You had these guys working doing their job For multiple people in the drive thru with multiple people inside the store. I blame you. I bring blame on your corporate. You are so lucky but she didn't take a bite out of that hamburger! Thank you Moe and the other gentleman for trying! I hope you...
Read moreI've had terrible service here before and just choose not to frequent this DQ, but tonight we were on the way home from a swim event and stopped due to convenience. I pulled into the drive thru line at 9:50 pm. There were 4 cars in front of me. At 9:52, the Open sign was turned off. When it was my turn to order, I was informed that they were not taking anymore orders because it was after 10 and they had turned the Open sign off 10 mins ago. I said I had been in line since before the sign was turned off. I was informed they would be open tomorrow morning. I again stated that I had been in line since before the sign was turned off. I was told, in a rude, sarcastic voice, they have to stop serving at some point, which I understand, but there were several cars behind me that were also there before the sign went off including a police officer. I asked for a manager and was informed I was talking to the general manager who appeared to think he was someone special because he works 15 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was not impressed by that at all especially since his attitude showed it is just a paycheck and he could care less about customers. I've worked several places where we served customers past closing because it's the right thing to do. I'll drive the multiple miles out of my way to go to another establishment that provides customer service and smiles, which is something else I've never seen at this DQ, nor has anyone ever said anything in the drive thru window except for how much I owed, then they stick your order out the window without a "thank you," "have a nice day," or a smile. Just another reason not to...
